The leasing staff are great people! I moved in late October and no problem with bugs so far. It's usually very quiet I initially thought it was too quiet. Most of the people here are military mostly E-7 and above from what I've seen. The application acceptance criteria isn't that bad. The walls are thin and sometimes I can hear my neighbors. I like steaming hot baths but the water in the tub doesn't get steaming hot. Also the residents don't always use the trash compactor properly and it's annoying to see trash on the ground by the compactor. Overall though this is a great place to stay. I feel safe and my apartment is cozy. Lots of people with anima but they are usually contained. I'd recommend this place to anyone. If this review helped you choose this place tell them Ashley Guillard recommended you! They have $100 resident referral. With that said my review was not solicited and is 100% honest!

I currently live here and will move out at the end of this month thank God. I’ve been here for the past year and I feel tricked. I wish I could have give them half or no stars on this rate. Here are my reasons.

    1. During the tour the lady showed me a nice apartment with lights in the living room and bedrooms and some had ceiling fan. That’s not what I got when I signed fo my lease. I had to install my own fans and lights. (What place wouldn’t have lights at the minimum in the living room and bedrooms?)

    2. Extremely over priced. You are paying more than a mortgage would cost you. If the area were kept clean and nice and the kitchen appliances were stainless steel

The worst place you could possibly live. I paid for a gated community and 8 out of my 12 months living there the gates didn't even work. Charge 25$ for trashbags not in the barrel, meanwhile it's filthy and can't even get your bags in half the time. As my wife and I were moving out we had ellie stop by to get an estimate of damages (There wasnt any) and she said she couldn't see with the lighting and will check by herself when we leave even though I had movers take apart furniture the same time Few weeks later received a bill of damages that were all lies. If anything goes wrong in the apartment just throw it away maintenance doesn't know how to do a single thing there other than wave at you. Other than Valerie this place was unprofessional and a rip off.

Nice apartments, you're paying for what you're getting. No ceiling fans or light fixtures throughout most of the unit.

If ur thinking about moving into these apartments make sure u check the stairwell of the apartment u will rent before u sign a lease. Maintenance is horrible and they never ever clean the stairwells. If u like living in a filthy environmentthis is the apartment complex for u. When u put n a service call they mark it completed without doing anything. They will show u the model apartmentdont b impressedask to see where u will live. Management sucks! I have been here over a yearthe stairwell has been half cleaned only oncethey dont have water points to even clean the stairwells correctly but call this luxury livingmaintence goes around wit a small backpack thing with bleachno pressure washing or anything like regular apartments haveit smells like dog poop almost daily. If u dont believe mejus come see for yourself.

I love this place. Been here since July 2016 and this place is in a great location, the staff is friendly and they get things done when they need to be. So far no complaints and wonderful staff!!

Gated, presented well, enjoy the layout, has pool and close to base.
Appliances are mediocre, not enough hot water for 2 bedroom apartment. Floors, walls and ceilings are thin. Can hear neighbors open and close dresser draws.

My husband and I lived here for 4 months before we moved. It's a nice place to stay and the staff is great, but here are the reasons I only gave it 3 stars..
    1. There is NO parking! If you end up coming home around 5:30 or later, you will not be able to park near your building!
    2. When my husband and I were moving our stuff in, we realized that there were FLEAS in the carpet! We called maintenance, but since we moved in on a Saturday there was nothing that they could do for us. They asked if it was new carpet. First, how would I know if they replaced the carpet or not and why would that matter? After living here for 4 months, I know why they asked. I watched them replace carpet in an apartment on the bottom floor. When they were replacing it, they laid the new carpet in the grass where there are fleas and other things, super gross (see reason number 3). Anyways, they told us they would call their bug guy and he should be there Monday. They suggested that we put salt on the carpet and then vacuum it up and it should help with the fleas. The pest guy did not come on Monday. We were out of town when we got the phone call about the pest guy spraying Wednesday. Ok, great! We saw no more fleas in the carpet after that.
    3. People do NOT pick up after their dogs. Every morning one of the maintenance guys has to drive around and pick up the dog waste. Most of the time the dog park isn't looked at. There have been times when we tried to take them to the dog park and there was so much dog waste that they could not play. Also, if the dog waste bags are low or out on Saturdays, they do not get replaced until Monday morning (see reason 4).
    4. If you have a pet, do NOT stay here. They will try to take everything you have! You're allowed 2 pets Depending on how big your dog is they will charge you a pet fee of $300 - $400. If you have a second dog, the pet fee is another $150, if they are a small dog. On top of that they charge pet rent which is $10/month per pet. When you go to move out, you are charged a fee for having the carpet shampooed plus another fee for a flea treatment on the carpet (ironic since there were fleas in the carpet when we moved in). So I asked what was the $300 - $400 pet fee and $10/ month pet rent for if I had to also pay for a flea treatment on the carpet when I move out. I was told the fee was to cover any damages that the dog causes. If there aren't any damages done by the dog, you don't get it back because it's a fee. The pet rent is to help with buying the dog waste bags and any damages. They are the SAME thing! Also, if your apartment has a pet odor when you move out, they charge another fee (which they don't tell you about) on top of the fee for shampooing the carpet and the flea treatment.

I lived there for 2 years and had little to no issues. The one issue I had was some downstairs neighbors being a little too loud on the porch late at night but I simply opened my door and asked them to keep it down people were sleeping and they walked inside and did not hear a noise again. Yeah the parking sucked and the trash did not get emptied enough. The front staff was always polite to me and very helpful.
