Fresh, local raised beef and pork. Sausages and hot dogs made in-house along with several lunch meats, salads and spreads. The bacon and jerkys are legendary. The only meat I eat and I live twenty-five minutes away. I also work there, so I would know. We're the real deal. No pre-wrapped meat and we cut to order if need be.
