Wonderful, unlimited salsa and warm chips. Monday tacos are $1.25, very meaty and delicious. Excellent service and tasty Mexican food in fun, casual atmosphere.

I have been coming here off and on for lunch now for about a year and I travel quite a distance for it, I live 92 miles away, that's how much I enjoy this place. This is by far my favorite restaurant in Northwest Ohio.
Up until yesterday I would've given this place five stars. However, I had an issue with my takeout order discovered after I arrived at home, requested to speak with the manager, who without letting me get a single word in, screamed that they were too busy to deal with a complaint and promptly hung up on me. That manager needs serious customer service coaching. And in reading other reviews, this is apparently not the first encounter of this sort. That is unacceptable! However, kudos to the server that received my not so friendly return phone call after I was hung up on.
Seriously, 99% of the time, this place has amazing and impeccable service. Their food is excellent, overall, their staff is friendly and courteous. Their food has always been great. Don't be fooled by the one side of the building. This place is excellent.response / report this review -

The food was cooked well, but seriously lacking on spice. The fajitas and my chipotle seasoned burger were extremely mild, almost bland. Our waitress was excellent. There's a big garage-type door between the dining area and outdoor seating that was open, making it cool and breezy and great to be in, except the sun was setting and shining directly in my face. The waitress lowered the door for me and a little while later another customer pushed the door back up (against the electric tracks, which could have broken) and let the sun back through. The waitress kindly lowered the door back down and defended me against the other customer (and then the waitress got reprimanded by her boss), I greatly appreciated it. The restaurant ambiance and everything else was great, just boring food.

Visiting from out of town. Wow, Camouflage on a great sports bar !
The fresh Tex-mex is outstanding. Tacos like quarter pounders. BBQ & others available.
Service is fun & attentive.

Very disappointed in the HORRIBLE customer service experience I had at Oler’s last night. To sum it up in two words: RUDE and ARGUMENTATIVE.
I ordered my food through a food delivery service. When the food was delivered, the ticket was correct, the entire order of food in the bag was wrong. I tried to call back and talk to the manager about the incorrect food order and the exceptionally long wait time we had. I was told that she was on the phone and I asked to hold and wait two times- the staff only checked with me for the first few minutes and did not ask what I needed or why I needed the manager- they appeared to just put the phone down and walk away and had an annoyed tone of voice.
I ended up waiting on the line for 17 MINUTES waiting to speak to the manager. I had enough time to DRIVE to the restaurant without any one even checking on me on the phone. I WALKED in to the restaurant still on HOLD waiting to talk to the manager. When I walked in, she was walking around by the bar and actually was the first employee I encountered- I even showed her my phone and that I was on hold waiting to talk to her. I gave her the bag of food and showed her the ticket, telling her it was wrong and we had already waited a very long time for this food. She immediately began to argue with me- she denied knowing that anyone was waiting to talk to her on the phone, she argued with me about the length of time that I waited, and then she blamed the delivery service for giving me the incorrect order. She was argumentative and overall rude. I waited on my order at the bar. When I finally received it, she FINALLY apologized, but her tone of voice was quite frankly again rude and dismissive. She proceeded to throw her bar staff under the bus again one final time and claim that they never told her that she had a call waiting as well.
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I will NEVER eat here again, and I will NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone.response / report this review -

Staggeringly unlikely fun and good place to eat. It looks like a massive dump outside, as though it were an abandoned house. Yet inside it is cool and the food excellent.

Always great service!! Love the servers there..especially Chrissy and Ashley!!! They remember what you drink and remember what you and your family likes to eat..the new bar side is AMAZING they always have sports on and willing to change it to the BENGALS for me..( or so id like to think) their boss must teach them great service skills..cuz they own it!!!
