Everyone here was helpful and friendly, trying their best to meet my need. I was even invited to enjoy their Christmas meal at lunch the day I was there. Extremely friendly people here. The owner even spoke before the food was blessed and the Christian atmosphere helped luft my spirit. Thank you Tameron Honda for all your efforts to help me.

Jon and Chad were absolutely exceptional with helping me choose a car. Jon met me out on the lot and showed me the exact car that I ended up buying as a first pick based on the needs I expressed to him. The price was reasonable and the customer service exceptional. I had gone to a few other dealerships and wasn’t treated as nicely as I was here. The customer service at this location was the main reason I bought a car at this dealership. They were honest and accommodating the entire transaction. If you read this and decide to buy a car there, tell them you were encouraged by Erin! ( I think I get a free gift ☺️) I’m very pleased with my new Honda, Crosstour!!

Probably not dealerships fault but honda definitely has issues with their warranty program. Daughter bought new civic and the battery went out during the 3 year warranty, they replaced with same new battery. Second battery went out after 2 years and I was told no warranty on replacement parts, even if the second battery had only lasted a month it would not have been made up.what kind of service is this? Either honor full warranty on any part, whether bought or previously covered or use parts that last through the warranty period.

First off, I will say that I had a good experience with this dealership for 90% of my time with then. I worked with Christi and she helped me to get a good deal on a truck that I was looking at. Here is where the bad starts. A salesman on the phone said that they would hold the truck for us and thus I went and got my first ever loan for the amount that I had been quoted. I called the next day to confirm the amount that I would need to get the check for given that I was going to drive here from Atlanta the following morning to purchase the vehicle. During my call, Christi explains that the dealership does not have a policy to hold used cars for purchase and that there was a buyer driving to purchase the truck as we spoke. Christi says that she is sorry but that there is nothing that she can do and lo and behold the truck sells that night, leaving me to find a different vehicle before the loan expires (10 days). I understand the dealership's policy but it does not seem like the sales managers are on the same page here. If you do go here, I would recommend keeping your communication to only one staff member as they do a poor job talking with one another and the customer suffers.

Overall, Tameron personnel were professional, congenial, and seemly earnestly interested in doing right by their customer. This was my first purchase from the Honda dealership since it was acquired by Tameron. I will likely do business with them again in the future. My salesman, Marvin Bothwell, was extremely congenial, knowledgeable, and professional. I recommend both Marvin and the Tameron team.

The dealership has a good selection of used cars. They are building a new location that will hopefully be a little more consolidated. We came in with no appointment and left with a car in a couple of hours, and they even stayed late to make sure we left with a full tank of gas. There seemed to be some communication issues between the departments but all in all, it was a pretty low pressure experience. I would say it's a good place to find a used vehicle, at a pretty good price, just don't expect them to break their backs making a deal.
