All the employees and pilot James were extremely nice and helpful. Our supposed to be 10 minute helicopter tour ended up being about 15 minutes long! Their prices are fair and actually cheaper than any other place I checked. Although they're a newer company (one year old), they are one of the best. Highly recommend this place if you're looking into helicopter tours along the Orange beach/ gulf shores area!

These guys ABSOLUTELY kick ass!! Took my son for his birthday. Perfect mix of laid back and professionalism. Felt like we were friends the minute we walked in. They're all veterans which is awesome. They served our country, so check them out and help them make a living doing what they love!! 5 stars was max or we'd give them 100!!

Very professional and polite. The route was perfect, exactly what we requested. We had Erick as our pilot but they have five pilots that fly. Make sure you contact James, he'll make sure you get the best deal. They're very flexible in the services they offer.

Lost Bay Helicopters is the premier helicopter company on the gulf coast. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to take flying lessons or take an aerial tour of the gulf coast. The pilots are very skilled and provide great customer service. I love that they are a veteran-owned company. The tour my wife and I took with them was so awesome that I am going to begin taking lessons soon. Go check them out if you're in the Gulf Shores or Orange Beach area.
