  This review is long overdue and I want to share my outstanding and unexpected experience at Old Town on the Monon. It was with Stacie Benroth, the Property Manager, at Old Town on the Monon who showed me an outstanding apartment based on my request, that I fell in love with. She explained all the benefits of the location, the great features at Old Town on the Monon and was very patient as I went through several apartments. I moved into my apartment in December and had my furnishings shipped promptly.
  
  I travel for my work and had specifically scheduled for the delivery of my furnishings when I was to be home. Due to a scheduling issue with the movers they showed up during my travel. Not having any options and anyone to call I was arguing with the movers that they weren’t delivering on the date agreed. I had little options being a thousand miles away. Stacie contacted me about the movers, told me that they weren’t being truthful with their explanations to me and assisted me by ensuring my furnishings delivered into my apartment correctly.
  
  Stacie went over and above her position in communicating with the movers and informing me as well. She is an outstanding property manager, extremely communicative and friendly to all that I have witnessed her speak to. She is an asset to Old Town on the Monon and all the residents.
  
  I could not have found a better location and Stacie’s presentation was outstanding in helping me choose my apartment. I would recommend Old Town on the Monon to anyone looking to move to Carmel and I recommend working with Stacie Benroth. I see the highest rating is a 5 star so I give Stacie a 6. I found my home!   Old Town on the Monon is an awesome place to live! Location is absolutely perfect for people who want lots to do without ever having to get into a car to drive somewhere to eat, shop, or exercise! The Monon Trail is right in front of you, the Carmel Arts and Design District with Main Street runs parallel to the property and the library is 3 blocks down the street. It really doesn't get better than that! On site property management and maintenance is awesome! This is a very well maintained and managed property. It also happens to be extremely pet friendly which was a big plus for us. The town homes are super cool with tons of closet space and lots of living space as well. I would highly recommend this community, we love it!

  Old Town on the Monon is a great place to live. I recently moved in and the apartment was in perfect conditions when I got it. 10 ft ceilings, open plan, updated. Stacie and her staff do an awesome job. Well run community. Right on the monon and a lot of good bars and restaurants within walking distance. Can't wait for The Pint Room and Scotty's to open up right across the street.

  We have lived here for over two years and really enjoy the location and apartment. The staff is very freindly and responsive. The apartment has very high ceilings and a great open floor plan. We enjoy being right on the Monon Trail for quick walks or bike rides. There are many restaurants and shops in walking distance. We would recommend the complex to anyone.

  I love living here. The location is great, and the staff is very responsive and nice. The building is very new and modern, and I haven't had any problems with maintenance, neighbors, etc. I have been especially impressed with how quick the maintenance is when it comes to getting the sidewalks and parking lot suitable for the winter. The property manager is incredibly nice and I enjoy seeing her every time I pick up a package! I feel like everyone always goes above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience living here.
