The lab was very busy this morning, but the wait was not long. Patients were called quickly since 5 techs were working. My tech did a great job drawing blood. I did not even feel a stick.

The nurse with dr. Williams is extremely rude and impatient. The lady at travel clinic window just don't wanna to help at all. The doctor is nice and professional although. But he should get a better nurse.
