Broke down in the middle of a long family road trip. Called Randy's and had as good of an experience as you could with breakdown in the middle of a road trip. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and professional carting my family and our van to several shops before we found one that could get us in and out. I hope we never have a breakdown on a road trip again, but if we do, I'm calling Randy's.

I'm a manager for a Fed Ex contractor. We had a driver get stuck one morning in someone's yard on a bright sunny day after 3 days of rain. I called Randy's, expecting them to be busy and telling me they couldn't get there for an hour or more. They were there in 25 mins and only charged $150 to pull out our truck. Another company charged us $330 a few weeks earlier. Everyone was very professional from the dispatcher to the driver. Great company.

Great experience, needed a car towed from a breakdown to a dealership. Driver was a former mechanic and knew the best way to unlock the transmission so the car would roll in neutral and not dragged. Even checked the car out to see if it was an easy fix before towing it off. Used them several times and they are friendly, quick and hassle free. Highly recommend.
