This place is close to Rehoboth Beach which is nice. However, we were kicked out of our site and asked to move because some people the owner knew all wanted to stay in one area together. Some of these fine people were there the night before and partied, flashed lights, drove around and got drunk until 3:30am. Now it clearly states in their policy quiet time is after 11:00pm until 9:00am which was not enforced and in fact the “security” did noting and were partying with them. When I made the reservation, the lady said; where in the park do you want to be? I simply told her I don’t care, she could have given us any other spot but knowingly placed us near the noisy bunch? In the morning when we addressed this issue, the people in the office basically realized they double booked the site and said they are “nice people” and we would need to move to another site.
They said this group comes there every year and stays in that section of the park?! I just believe things could have been handled better and some consideration would have went a long way.

And the permant seasonal trailers are Dilapidated, junky, some are falling down, overgrown shrubs and trees. It seems the maintenance of the property is not a top priority. If you have another option, you might want to go with that instead.

We are seasonals and just love it. Bingo has been the best since Jeanee has taken over, and all the activies are great. This will be Jeanee first Halloween and I'm sure it's going to be great our grandchildren love all the Halloween activies. I plan on staying at tall pines for awhile.

We are seasonal campers. We have been at Tall Pines since 2012. We started in a smaller camper and as we grew we bought a bigger camper and put it on a new site. We currently have 5 sites amongst our family. Each year is better than the last! Our new activities director Jenneane is amazing! She packs the weekends full of games, fun, activities and of course the best BINGO! B11B B 11 wooooo! Paint Nights , Vendor Weekends, Car Shows, Pool Parties with a DJ.. lots of fun!! We have a great camp store with Bo and Marie, The Picinic Basket, good food and lots of supplies.
    Looking forward to next season!

I've been coming to this campground for 47 years and have made many memories through many generations. We are seasonal campers and I must say this past summer was one of the most entertaining and fun seasons so far. We enjoyed many fun activities this season and made some new friends. We are looking forward to many more years of memories with my friends and family. Thank you for all you do to make our stay here enjoyable.

Had a summer place here for 20 yrs. Very nice camp ground inexpensive compared to others also has a in ground pool and mini golf which is free n exercise room a camp store and in the summer they have many activities for children. Also it is a gated trailor park for your safety. N a majority of the lots have alot of property.

I have a permanent site for a reason.love this place.
It seems like their laundry sites are always broken and the events they plan are a little weak but its a well put together campground with a nice pool and friendly people.

Where do I begin? First of all this is NOT a campground. This is an old trailer park where people live in a nasty old beat up aluminum trailers. I book this place by mistake , it was supposed to be Tall Pines in VA but book this place instead. Lady at the office told me that payments are non refundable so we decided to give it a try (how bad it could be??). Well long story short our "deluxe suite cabin" was size of my bathroom and smelled bad. It was dirty sand on the bed and some long black hair in the bathroom sink. And there is NO trees outside just a main road and creepy neighbor. They are false advertising a pool and the pictures on they website. They charged me $159.00 per night.we left after an hour. Could not wait to get home and shower!!!!!!!

Love this place! Super helpful and always friendly staff, even let us check in late. So far we have only stayed on the tent sites, but plan to rent a cabin this summer. Showers/restroom facilities are always clean. Fun family activities during the evenings. Close to park & ride shuttle bus to the beach.
