Dr's and nurses are caring but the wait is awful. Have been there for minor things like sinus infections, bronchitis, etc. And they have helped. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because of the wait in the waiting room and another wait in the room.

Was not able to relay my concerns to the nurse's or hospitalist. Seems some of the nurses were getting meds crossed/ wrong dose, and they never seemed to hace the time to actually listen to you.

They almost killed me with too much fluid and atavan. My heart and lungs were surrounded with fluid and they put me into a coma and sent me to Bristol because they didn't know what they were doing. I was only in for an infected elbow and surgery. The surgeon did a great job though; too bad he works for that mess.

ER had hair balls and dirt under chairs in ER treatment rooms

I.waited for 5.5 hours to be treated & discharged during which time I had blood drawn & a CT of my head. Nothing more. Those.procedures were do e during the first hour of my stay. Then I waited another 4.5 hours to be discharged. I didn't see a doctor units I'd been there for 4.5 hours.
    Pretty poor service I'd say.
