Great instructors and intro to raftingjust had a HORRIBLE experience with being paired with an entire overweight familylegit4 peopleall weight EASILY over 250 each resulting in the most hilarious boring white water rafting experience ever. My heart goes out to the instructor who had to manually remove us from being lodged in rocks over 20 times because of the massive weight.

My family and I visited NOC in Asheville this week for the first time to go whitewater rafting. We had an amazing experience. All of the employees were more than accommodating and professional. They were very serious with safety precausions and efficiency. Harrison, the coordinator and team leader of the raft guides, was funny, professional and personable. We felt safe under him and his team. Our raft guide was very professional and knowledgeable about the area. We will definitely recommend this whitewater rafting center to others:) thanks for a great day! Bang for your buck too!

Kyle and Emily are fantastic! We had a group of 3 adults and 4 kids for the half day trip and everyone had a blast. We can't wait to come back for our next adventure thanks again to everyone!!

As always, the NOC staff are great, and they work hard to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. The French Broad isn't the most exciting river, especially at lower water, but the raft guides go out of their way to ensure everyone has a great time.
