Despite being a usual customer and great tipper here, today I was Highly disappointed with my visit. Worse part is it was a first date with my new bae. I ordered a couple's massage for a 1/2 hour each. 1st we were covered in cold thick towels as if they didn't want to touch our brown skin. After wasting about 7 minutes I requested they move the towels and use their hands directly. As they usually do. After about 5 minutes with no towel I began shivering cold from the room temp. The new girl that I was assigned kept using more and more cold lotion even after I told her to stop. I requested hot oil and hot stones for me and my friend. I politely told the staff my friend and i was unhappy and they told me we can to go to a different location. instead of a a refund or extended time. Then she tried to charge me $70 instead of $60 on my cc before i called her out on it! WILL BE MY LAST VISIT 😔 😟 🙁 😥

Taiji AcuCare is the only place I will go for reflexology and massage. They are always so professional and accommodating. They are prompt with accepting your booking request. I appreciate that they do not rush your appointment for they are not timer watchers like other places. I highly recommend!!

This was the first time I went to this place. Mary was the employee who gave me a massage and it was wonderful! I came in with low back pain especially on my one side. I didn’t have to tell her exactly where the pain was she was able to find the spot. Half way through the massage I felt the muscle release the tension I was having. I will definitely be back to try the acupuncture and foot reflexology.

My husband & I went for a foot & leg massage in the recliner and it was fabulous. We work in the restaurant business and we are on our feet over 10 hours a-day. Great evening hours too!! We will definitely be returning.

I got the new client special in July, making it one of the least expensive massages ever. The therapist was OUTSTANDING. Just EXCELLENT technique. She included hot stones, hot towels, and scalp massage. The decor is no frills, no nonsense, no candles or waterfalls. No one pressures you to add essential oils. No one pressures you to purchase a membership. There are no forms to fill out about your life story, and no extra products are for sale. Scheduling is extremely easy and convenient on the website. I returned today for another 1 hour massage, which was just as nice as the first. Unparalleled quality and value. Thank you so much!
