Signage is hard to distinguish where the baggage drop off and ticketing is. Apparently it’s only open from a certain time of day but that sign only exist the counter and not where folks are. The digital signage is off during outside of those hours and I lot of us were confused. Thankfully Alaska came in early with a great team and got our bags taken care of.

Suggestion: keeps the digital signs up and move the times to the front of the line in addition to the counter.

Alaska Airlines is the best airline. I flew all the way across the country without my mask on. Not one person said a thing. Remember 2 weeks to flatten the curve? A year ago. Bullspit. ManicBeastBoise

Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International airport is definitely worth the drive from Miami. Easy access, organized pickup/dropoff and share ride locations. Terminal entrances are marked with bright led signs so you know exactly where you need to go. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Glad I picked this destination for our puppy's new owner to meet up with us.
