Toy much stuff to go thru to figure out what was in boxes No organization to the chaos. Too many people giving different prices. Did find some fairly good deals when I did find something interesting.. put some stuff back also that was way overpriced to be a closeout sale..

I loved this place. Too bad they went chapter 11. I got a lot of good deals over the years. I really am sad to see them closed down. They messed up orders a lot but I was still satisfied with the many great auctions I won and completed.

When I first found Tadd's about 4 years ago - they were great. I knew from the start that most of their products were customer returns from Home Depot, Amazon, a few other companies. So-nothing was really "New". For a customer to return it-something had to be wrong.
But the prices were great. Then the pawn shop owners and resellers started to take over the buying. They'd line up to get almost everything.
AND-if you carefully looked at Tadd's auction winners - they were shilling - had fake buyers drive up the auction prices. The winning buyers had 100% of their business with Tadds. On top of that - a week later the same item, same picture, same listing was renewed.
Got greedy - didn't accurately list the items and the condition. Too bad.response / report this review -

I love this place and the loaders always help me as much as I need. Great place with crazy amazing deals. Anyone who ever leaves a bad review obviously don't know what this place actually is. Please disregard any bad review and actually read everything on their website.

Easily one of the worst sellers out there. Their eBay positive feedback is also artificially inflated with fake reviews.
Tadd did not properly pay for shipping for large generators. They were held at a shipping facility for weeks, all while Tadd would not answer multiple calls, texts, or emails from us or the shipping provider. PayPal dispute filed to force a response, communication still poor. Finally released the generators, only to find out they STILL did not properly pay for shipping and debt collectors were coming after our buyers for shipping costs months later (really, Tadd?). To top it all off, made yet another mistake in refunding us for one of the generators by accident, only to leave a rude/threatening voicemail and email to claw their money back, prompting this review.
Tadd, get your act together. You are unprofessional and your customer service is non-existent, especially during major issues like the above. We’re waiting on yet another one of your mistakes to come to light months after purchase.

Sketchy company (on eBay) - AVOID! Won an auction on eBay only to have them cancel it, due to the warehouse not being able to locate the item. Same exact item was re-listed 2 days later. Communication was quick until I called them out on this - no response since. Guessing the item sold for below what they wanted, but didn't want to list item with a reserve on eBay (as this costs more to do). ZERO stars!

It amazes me this company is still in business. Why do people continue to give their hard earned money to these crooks. All it took was one time for me and I learned my lesson quickly. Broken products and terrible customer service!

Do not buy from this company. Worst costumer service I have ever had to deal with. I emailed dozen times and left dozen messages to return my call to return an item. And never heard from them. This company has zero respect for any buyer. I was sent the wrong size and could not get a response from them. I had to open a case to get my money back which took a month. I would give them zero stars if I could!!

Do NOT buy anything from this sham of a business! They oversell their products, let you pay for it, then never ship your item!! Zero customer service. No one ever calls you back or emails you back. Soend a few dollars more somewhere else so you can at least get what you paid for!

Other negative reviews are 100% correct about dealing with them on eBay. spent two days making 50+ calls, left a detailed message and emails with no response but they had the time to post new listings on eBay. They have a reputation for not honoring auctions won at low prices, canceling and relisting. This is the first time I've ever felt it necessary to go out of my way and leave a review about any company on Google ever.

I won a basketball hoop at auction for a great deal and I paid promptly. The next day they inform me that they could not locate the item and refunded me. 5 days later they relisted my item that I fairly won at auction. I am beyond furious.

Pick up time was at 10:00 am. We are still waiting and it is noon! Please when you schedule appointments take in account how long it takes for people with many items (truckloads). We have only a few items and it should not take this long. I dont know if someone did not show up for work or what, but maybe you need to hire more people. It is always better to be ahead than behind schedule. What you charge for shipping you can afford it. Also, customers who wait this long for an order should not be charged shipping at all!!!

BuyerBeware This is a crooked dishonest company. They sell damaged goods like the filters pictured and then will not stand behind them. Tried to negotiate a return but since I had stored the box until needed I went past the 30 day return period.. Not a good company.. VERY DISHONEST>> SWINDLERS..BEWARE

Great experience at Tadds. Customer service was great.. accommodating and helpful even with helping me load some bigger items. Took care of a few minor issues. Customer was great at following through with voice mails. Not sure why so many bad reviews. I think people's expectations are off. It is a wholesale house that sells a lot of damaged goods. Things are gonna be mislisted and there will be issues. Expect that whileshopping this way(cheap bargain shopping). If you want a 5 star product shop Amazon or Macy's.. if you want a great bargain from a great company who offers very fair compensations and prices then shop Tadds. The manager was even nice enough to volunteer the quickest way to the interstate at the end of his day while we were still loading products. I have no complaints and will definitely shop with them in the future. I will recommend Tadds without any hesitation for someone looking for a great deal and understands there are inherant risk while shopping this way. The customer service took care of my issues perfectly. Could not be happier.

They suck, say you've given them negative eBay reports when only positive, Excellent reports were given despite many items being defective, bought a lot of salvage from them, despite living a long distance from there they insisted I be there three days after purchase to pick up.. Do not believe the customer is ever right. Not willing to work with purchaser. They're losing money now, I'm no longer purchasing from them. I have other sources and suggest you find same!
