They can't service you. Parts take 3 weeks to get a thermostat and marker light. They don't have any parts on hand.

This is the best place to buy your RV. In my search for the perfect RV I met nice professional sales personal but I was treated poorly by some of them. At Indiana RV, Kyle, the salesman who sold me my unit, and Jon, the sales manager, were not pushy, treated me very respectfully, gave me a price that can't be beat, and knew their product. Kyle has experience in the industry and answered my questions before I asked them. Make sure you contact these guys before you buy your RV because 5 stars are not enough to describe my wonderful experience.

Not very impressed with the local store's customer service. Once we paid money, the response times pertaining to our requests and repairs were horrendousuntil I asked for the real Big Wig out in Colorado. HE got things done for us.

Satisfactory experience -- until something goes wrong. We had dealt with this company several times for Jayco parts. The previous experiences were fine. When I placed my latest order, I had requested the part be shipped directly to our customer who lives about an hour away. The package arrived at our dealership and Indiana RV Connection refused to make any reparations even though they shipped it to the wrong place. The reply I got back from Nadine was, "Well sorry it was directly shipped to you instead. But your customer is only 40 minutes away. We aren't going to pay $40.66 for a customer that is in a drive able distance." That's piss-poor customer service and shows she completely misses the point. I gave them a chance to make it right and they didn't. So I've deleted their contact information and will not be placing any more orders with this company.

Nice looking dealership, we were on a road trip and decided we were interested in purchasing a brand new RV near where they are made. The staff seemed in-attentive, and even less interested when we said we were interested in purchasing something right away to drag home.

We ended up purchasing from a more local East Coast dealer.

We began dealing with this company in April 2016. Our salesman, Ronnie Harper, along with Kyle Richardson were both incredibly willing to answer any questions we had and quick to reply to facebook messages, emails and phone calls, UNTIL they got our down payment. After that, it was like pulling teeth to get a reply to anything. We had a family reunion planned in September. We were initially told 10-12 weeks for delivery of our RV, which would have put us at the end of July. Our delivery did turn into 16 weeks, which we realized was not the fault of Indiana RV Connection, but we had told them our concerns about getting the RV in time for the reunion. As we neared the 16 week mark, we were told our RV had not been built yet. I called Jayco myself that same day and was told our RV had been sitting at Jayco for 1 week, pending dealer pickup!! That very same day, Jamie, the finance manager, called us to tell us our RV was ready for us to pick up at their dealership, when it was still sitting at Jayco! She had no idea it wasn't even on the lot until I told her. Now, if I hadn't been in contact with Jayco myself that day, we could have been on our way from Tennessee to Indiana for nothing!

When it was time for our walkthrough, Larry, (VERY helpful and the only reason we didn't just walk out) started our walk through. After 1 hour, Jamie came out to tell us we were only allowed a 1 hour walk through and they'd have to start charging us because it was going over 1 hour. We explained to her that we were going to check everything out and that we weren't buying this RV without going over it. She claimed they needed the other bays in the service center for other RV's, (all the bays were empty except for the one with our RV in it) and so they towed our RV out into the rain for us to continue to look it over. (Those bays never were filled!) Anyone that has ever bought a RV knows you need more than 1 hour to look it over. We have since talked to many RV'ers who told us they all had a minimum of a 3 HOUR walk through for free. We're spending nearly $40K with these people and all they wanted to do was shove us out the door. Also, when going through the paperwork with Jamie, she proceeded to laugh at me multiple times because I wasn't quite clear on some things and wanted to make sure I knew what I was signing. My husband had to finally tell her to stop laughing at me. It was incredibly condescending and rude!

I could go on and on, but lastly, I will share this; Our cushions for our RV were not ready and had to be shipped to us later. The booth that was put into our RV had to be cut down to make it fit. (That was another big fiasco!) It was downsized to smaller than a normal booth. Wouldn't common sense tell you that the cushions would have to be downsized also, in order to make them fit flat for using the table as a bed? I told Kyle Richardson this before the cushions were even ordered. Sure enough, when the cushions arrived, they did not fit! I sent Kyle an email about this, with pictures, and he never replied by email or any other means. When I finally got in touch with him after repeated calls, he talked over me and simply said, "We were not able to replicate the problem here". Now I have cushions that pop up when someone tries to sleep on the table and they are all wrinkled and squashed looking from trying to shove them into a space that's too small for them.

If your money means nothing to you and you have it to blow and don't care about being rushed through your walk through, then by all means, buy here. If it won't bother you to beg for a response to your emails and phone calls once they have your money, then by all means, buy here. If you're okay with being left hanging with any problems afterwards and that your concerns may be brushed off, then by all means, buy here. If you'd like a positive RV buying experience with a dealer that cares about you and your concerns, then buy all means, buy elsewhere.

We would like to thank Indiana RV Connection for the no hassle and pleasant experience of buying from them. For through effort to make sure everything worked and was save before the trailer left the lot. We love our 93 Jayco fifth wheel! and would and have recommended Indiana RV Connection to anyone in the market for an RV
