I went to two bridal shops prior to TLC and TLC honestly blew both out of the water! The staff was SUPER friendly and kind. They actually listened to what I was asking for when trying on dresses. I swear my consultant knew me better than I knew myself. She picked a dress out and asked me if I'd try it on - I didn't love it on the hanger but decided to try it on anyway. It was THE dress! I cried and all. I also am not super tiny and they had dresses that fit me/were larger than me. Other boutiques I went to I had to try to squeeze into size 6 dresses which just made me feel terrible about myself. The selection of sizes was a huge plus for this place! I had a wonderful experience with this team and would recommend them til I'm blue in the face. Awesome experience!

I had such a great experience at TLC Bridal! The staff was so kind and accommodating. Susie went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of amazing! I showed her examples of what I was looking for and she knew exactly which dresses to pull. Plus, the boutique is very clean and you get your own private dressing room with 1x1 attention. This boutique definitely has their brides' best interest and truly prioritizes their brides' happiness!

I went to pick out & try on wedding dresses back in January & the staff was absolutely amazing! Knew exactly what I was looking for & right within my spending limit. When I said yes to the dress they were so excited for me & so helpful with everything! And picking up my dress was just as good of an experience. The ladies were so complementary & so sweet! Highly highly recommend them 🥰

Overall I had a positive experience with TLC Bridal. Their new location (second level shop) is very nicely decorated and centrally located in Downtown Frederick. Unfortunately, I went into this appointment already having found a unique wedding dress I really liked (and ended up buying), so the consultants at TLC has a hard time finding a dress I liked more than the one I had already found. Nevertheless, my consultant, Suzy, did everything she could to help me find a dress from TLC, and even brought in her coworker and the owner when she had run out of ideas. I could tell they really just wanted me to find a dress that I liked (so much so that they hinted I should run back and get the other dress!). They were very nice and catering the whole appointment, respected my budget, and listened to what style I was looking for.
The reason why I gave four stars instead of five was because I sat in the lobby for 30min before anyone realized I was there (granted, they had just moved into this location and things were a bit hecticno excuse for 30min though) and that each of the fitting rooms had windows with see-through lacy curtains (I felt as though people could see right up into the fitting room). Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend checking out TLC Bridal for wedding dresses.

This place is so amazing! It was the first place i went to look for wedding dresses and they gave me exactly what I wanted! The staff is super friendly and most importantly honest. The tell you what they think looks good and what doesn't. They made me feel like the most beautiful bride in the world and with the dress they sold me, hopefully I will look the way I felt.

TLC Bridal Boutique was my first experience trying on wedding dresses. I made an appointment for their Spring sale, not sure if I would find a dress- but I got so lucky and found my dress after trying on only a few! Not ony did I get an amazing deal, but the experience was wonderful! Suzi was so knowlegeable and helpful, and the shop was empty since we were the first appointment of the day! It made for an intimate and memorable experience. Thanks TLC!

My sister Chris and I dropped in the Boutique, without an appointment, last week just to look around and were treated like royalty!! Suzy and the owner were so knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating! They dropped everything and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! The shop is terrific and they have everything a bride, bridal party, or the mother of the groom would need, especially outstanding customer service! We would recommend this shop to any one with an upcoming wedding, prom, or just a special occasion! You will be MORE than satisfied! Thanks Suzy for all your help! You were amazing!!!

I cannot rave enough about how great TLC Bridal Boutique is and how great Terry was. If you are looking for a truly unique experience, this is the place to go. Even though the place is small, they have a surprising selection of dresses- all beautifully exquisite. When you first arrive, Terry is very intent on listening to your wants and needs in picking the perfect dress. I actually ended up going with a dress totally unlike what I was planning because Terry had happened to pick it out and thought it'd be a good one just to try on- for the heck of it. She was not pushy at all, yet she seemed to know just what you were looking for. She made it not feel like it's something she does multiple times a day, but a truly unique experience just for you! You can tell the staff has a lot of experience in Bridal sales- they gave great, helpful advice.The most important thing was that there was no push to find the right dress. She gave us plenty of time and didn't make us feel like we needed to rush in any way. She, along with the other staff were very patient and did their best to make my many guests comfortable while they were there. The prices are reasonable and they have several other accessories that match perfectly. I ended up getting my veil and earrings there too- they matched perfectly with my dress.

I highly recommend this place- the dresses are beautiful and the people there make you feel truly unique in every way.
