Very friendly and helpful staff. Like with any "local" business you have to know your prices. Usually inline with larger box stores. You sometimes have to weight price difference vs time and gas. Excellent store nonetheless.

Was in there today purchasing deck stain. The young girl helping us as well as the rest of the young staff were helpful and polite. If it was just for them I would be giving this place 5 stars. However, While we were in their two customers dropped a can of paint which quickly covered the floor. The young girl helping us radioed quickly for someone to help clean it up. The manager (believe her name was Carry) proceeded to come over SCREAMING at the girl and the other employees over the radio. This continued on for a while as the staff tried to help clean it up. No reason at all to be treating employees like that especially when it was a customers fault for the mess. So shout out to manager Carry we will be taking our business elsewhere and telling others to do the same.

Cant find it at the big chain home stores?!?! This place has it all. You cant find a friendlier place and staff anywhere. As soon as you walk it they are all ready to help. Love this place

My go-to hardware store. Lots of housewares too. All the necessities. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They also have trays of singles. You don’t have to buy big packs.

New location in the plaza is not the true value that it once was. 2 years ago the store burned down and they were forced to relocate to a smaller storefront. The owners are still the same and the staff is more knowledgeable than any major home improvement store. I will always support this store.

Great place to shop. Glad they are back. Can you just please work on the counter space. It's to cramped and no were to put your items. Get all those little nick nack items off counter to. Way to much going on.

I am so happy this hardware store is open for business again! It has been a rough patch with no choice but to use the big box companies whom are unlikely to be of much help.

The idea of providing outstanding customer service will make these people successful for many years to come.

PLEASE READ : THE STORE IS GONE

The store unfortunately burnt down last sunday night, and everything is gone. You'll only find a pile of rubble. The owner has left a note saying they will rebuild, but as of now the store is closed.

I like this neighborhood hardware store because the staff is very helpful, especially the older folks. They have a lot of items and are good alternative if you don't want to drive all the way to Route 9. I like that they load the heavier stuff in my car. Their prices are not too much more (remember, smaller businesses don't have the buying power of big box chain stores). Support this local business!

This store is fantastic, crowded with all sorts of odds and ends. They almost always have what I'm looking for, and usually have what Home Depot doesn't.

The staff answers questions, finds things, and will make sure you are completely satisfied.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE THEY WILL ROB YOU . I recently brought a toro electric snowblower at this store. when I was putting it in the car I noticed that it was rusty. I went into the store to let Danny Tell know that this item was used he replied that it was impossible for the item to be used it was just a little rusty thats why it was marked down 20 dollars.I was a little puzzled so i looked at the unit again and it was obviously used the blades had knicks and scraps and the unit was dented and rusted. I returned the item still with Danny insisting that the unit was not used. i mad a complaint to True value and Danny called me the next day to apoligize but he still denied the unit was used. He said he found out that when the unit was in the box it was sitting in water and thats why it was rusty. like i said this unit was clearly used and if it was the case that this unit was sitting in water it is beyond me why someone would try to sell a electrical item that had been sitting in water????? I will not go there again I found a brand new unit at Page lumber and it was $20 cheaper
