We recently listed and sold our home in Ramona, CA with the help of TL & Associates. Thomas Levin was our realtor and he was excellent! He patiently guided us throughout the whole process and was able to help us accomplish our goals within three months. My entire family would like to highly recommend this company for anyone buying or selling a property in the San Diego area. Thomas is an excellent realtor. He took a very complicated needs list for our family and really searched far and wide for places that met our criteria. I have never purchased a home before and found the process alone to be complicated. However, with Thomas leading the way, I felt prepared. Thomas ensured us that he would not let us miss a deadline, that he would advocate for us along the way and give us his honest feedback throughout. He held up his end of the deal by doing all of that and beyond. Thomas was available anytime that I had a question and presented with such a calm and professional demeanor that I couldn't help but be at ease. I couldn't have imagined going through this process with any other realtor. Thank you!

As first time home-buyers we were thankful to have the chance to work with such a patient Realtor. We knew we wanted to live in Ramona, but did not have a clear idea of the type of house we wanted to buy - we did not have too many specifics in mind, outside of our price range.
Thomas must of showed us at least 50 homes as he tried to determine what we wanted. Because he grew up in the area, he was able to give us the inside scoop on the town, recommend places to eat, and show us around (in addition to showing us home after home after home).

We were relocating from the Midwest and had only short visits to find a home. Thomas gave us all the time we needed and was very accommodating in addressing and anticipating our needs. This was a great experience and we ended up with a home that was a very close match to what we had identified as our needs. Thomas stayed attentive during the long distance transaction and helped us manage inspections and all the little details that needed attention. This was a great experience.

I have been very fortunate to know Thomas for several years now, having met him when my husband and I moved from Virginia. Thomas went through a great deal of extra effort to find us our home, including working his schedule around our needs, since we were still living back east. For every challenge that came up, Thomas had a strategy. There were many dealings with difficult sellers and agents, and Thomas went the extra effort to address each and every issue. Thomas brought experience and professionalism, and that made all the difference for us. He found us our home, which are still in today. Since that time, we have worked with Thomas to sell both a condominium, and recently my fathers’ home as well. We have also recommended Thomas to our friends and family, and that has worked out very successfully. Thomas will always be our friend and realtor, and that is reassuring to know.

We were looking to move into a specific area and Thomas helped us out! He did a great job finding us our perfect fixer upper. He was very knowledgeable and really listened to us. You can tell he loves his job and he was always looking out for our best interest.
