  Bob MacGuire is my property manager with who I have been working with for quite a few years now. Since turning the property responsibility over to Bob, I no longer have to worry about anything (which is a huge peace of mind since we live out of state). IPASD provides me timely monthly reports and only call if there is a serious issue that they feel I would want to know about. I can't recommend Bob and the IPASD team highly enough. Bob is available when I need him, takes care of everything as I have asked and makes me feel like a priority. Thank you Bob and IPASD.

  Income Property Advisors manage my 2 rental condos in San Diego. They have handled all renter issues quickly and re rented empty units within 30 days. The accounting is excellent and they respond to my calls or E mails expeditiously. I strongly recommend them and think their fee is reasonable. Gary Ross

  Bob takes a hands on approach to managing property. I handed him the keys to my condo and he got it remodeled and rented. A year later the washing machine caused a massive flood in the unit. All I had to do was call the insurance company and Bob got the unit fixed up and the tenants a place to stay while the unit was repaired.

  Income Property Advisors, simply put; Honest and Professional. Bob has gone above and beyond since our very first meeting. I was ready to unload my problem rental property and take a huge loss. Thankfully, I was referred to Bob at IPA. Through his advice that rental is now stress free. Bob literally did everything, through my approval, with top notch communication.
