Bought a washer and dryer set and the dryer kept overheating. A couple calls troubleshooting the issue and a repair visit later (which was for free!) and they're both running like they're new with no issues. This places has no problem helping their customers get exactly what they paid for. Totally recommend them above all other places!

One of the BEST Used Appliances store's I've ever been to. They'll work with you to find what you need & or want in any kind of appliance. Very helpful & courteous & go above & beyond what other Used Appliance store well. Highly Recommend Snergy Appliances!!!

Needed a part for my refrigerator and they got me the part the same day! Great service, and friendly atmosphere! I've done business with Synergy for different appliance needs and have always come away satisfied!

Great business! It's easy to find a used appliance store that sells good appliances but I can't imagine finding another store that stands behind their product as much as the folks from Synergy Appliance. I purchased three appliances from them. The washer and dryer have run like champs with multiple loads of laundry per day. We had some minor issues with the refrigerator but Synergy Appliance went above and beyond to make it right. That's more important to me, and harder to find in modern business. I will definitely be recommending this shop to others.

I walked in today and spoke with Jay. He was very informative about the appliances and didn't hesitate when I asked questions. I like that they also play Christian music, down to earth people and very good customer service.

This place is awesome. They will work with you on the price, use new parts in their refurbished appliances. T and J helped use out a lot and were very pleasant, fun and helpful! If you need appliances come here. Getting a great deal on a stackable Washer/Dryer and Refrigerator.

EDIT*** It turned out that the fridge we originally purchased didn't fit!! But these guys were fantastic about helping us fix our screw up!! They took back the one that didn't fit and found us one that did for no extra cost to us. They even delivered the second one! We love the new fridge and we are so thankful that they went above and beyond to help us after we messed up!!

Just bought a Maytag washer and dryer set. Jay is the most honest and knowledgeable I have ever dealt with when purchasing these units. Great prices and good units, I highly recommend this place!

I am in the process of buying my third appliance from Synergy. The staff is very courteous and helpful, they always get me exactly what I am looking for, and they include uninstall and take away of my old appliances when they come to install the new ones.

Jay was super nice and super helpful! This is a great way to save money and still get a quality product by buying used. These come with a 90 day warranty so it's way safer than Craigslist. Definitely recommend!
