Wines are delicious but service was rude and unwelcoming. Holiday Shopping Spree 2017 : we understand that they are busy and that they have a lot of patrons coming in, but the attitude with which we were received was almost one of disdain. They were slow to help us, and that was understandable because she had to get a refill on soup, and once we were helped the woman at least back of the bar was very pleasant. But we did wait about 20 minutes just standing by the bar while she went off and got more soup and also conversed with other customers that she knew more regularly or other workers at the winery. Then when we checked out the woman at the register was fairly rude we tried to hand her exact change minus $0.02 and she couldn't do the math and says that I had screwed her up by handing her a nickel when the cost was $24.03. I understand that you are busy, but there's no need to be short with your customers, and blame them for screwing you up because you can't do math. Overall the wines were very tasty, we loved the jackass red and jackass white, but the service was slow and not welcoming.

The wine is fine, but the owners are some of the worst people I have ever met. I've been to this establishment multiple times and I've encountered the owners a few times and the husband is the rudest man I've ever met. He never wants to answer questions, if you ask questions he'll stare at you with the most arrogant look on his face as if he's better than youand his wife is even worse! She's a horrible human being, I heard rumors about the husband and wife through the grapevine (no pun intended. Seriously) about what the wife has done to certain people who worked there, and people she knows. That winery is run by a**holes and I will never ever spend my money there or support them! Ok gladly go somewhere else to spend my money. If I could rate them 1 star I would!!!!!!!!

The biggest variety of wines I encountered on Cayuga Lake. Their gift shop is almost exclusively wine.
Fun fact: They have Jackass Wine named after Doobie, their ass on site.

Our favorite "go to" winery every time we come up to Lake Cayuga Great selection, great tasting, all around wine. BTW great job on the new logo designs.

I am sitting in the parking lot of this winery waiting to leave and I could not write this review fast enough. I went on a wine tour at this winery today and it was horrible. The wine was fine but the man who served during the tasting, Dave, was the worst!! He would not acknowledge any of my questions, purposely walked away when I attempted to seek help with getting a specific tasting and only acknowledged my friend whom I was standing next to. He turned his back on me when I said, "Excuse me, sir"; he rolled his eyes and began to speak to anyone but me. He avoided eye contact and skipped over me whenever possible.

Now the icing on the cake is when the woman cashing me out asked how my tasting was, I told her, "It was terrible. Dave is a disgusting human being, extremely rude and I hope he doesn't treat other customers the way he treated me today. Her response, "Oh, ok".

Really? No customer service at all!! I made it clear that I was treated beyond unkind and it was ignored. The same way Dave treated me seemed to be the norm. I would not recommend this winery to anyone, ever.

Nice location with ample space. Wine was delightful. The doobie blues slushie is a great way to cool down on a hot day
