This is the best place in upstate New York to buy a vehicle. From the top down this dealership puts the others to shame. Anybody else do pickup and delivery for your service needs? Canandaigua does. Best selection? Again, Canandaigua Chrysler. Best Price? They beat that dealer in Avon by $1500 without my even asking.
The sales management team of the Matts and Mike made the experience that much more enjoyable. Its unusual to have managers so involved in every deal. Very reassuring. I highly recommend.

The experience start to finish was quick and painless. I purchased a 2016 Wrangler from Kurt McNiece. An obvious family man whose honesty and gentle sense of humor was refreshing. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and when we declined a salesmen's assistance during our initial visit we were allowed to browse on our own. We went back the next Saturday after browsing their website and narrowing the search down to 3 vehicles. We scheduled an appointment via email in which their responses were quick and direct. After a single test drive of a 2016 Wrangler Unlimited Sport Black Bear Edition I knew I had found the one. He worked hard with management to get me a fair deal. He spoke honestly and kindly of his family creating a comforting atmosphere. You could tell he was a genuine guy. Closed on Sunday's, he had the car ready to go that Monday. Had I more time I could have taken it home Saturday. With great financing options and an even better staff I would highly recommend this crew to anyone in the market for a new jeep, dodge or Chrysler. I can't thank Kurt enough! We will continue our servicing business with them due to such a phenomenal sales experience.
