I had purchased two necklaces from Swarovski in December and unfortunately some of the stones had fallen out. I called the store to speak to them about replacing either the stones or necklaces and was put on the phone with Tiffany. She was extremely nice and accommodating and when she found out her store didn't carry the necklaces she found me another store that did. I definitely appreciated her helpfulness and upbeat attitude!
