Great bike shop. Most of all the service is what made them! If we had any issues they accommodate us that benefited us, not them. For instance, the lunch that is served with one of the bike routes included a sandwich of your choice.. but all of them had deli meat on them. I can not have deli meat so they took a special trip to the store to get me something that I can eat. Not only that they made a special trip to pick my wife and up early due to we had other plans and can not do the whole tour. Just great old fashion service.

People are nice and seem to know what they are doing but tuning up a bike is much pricier here than in TC. I had hoped they would call if the estimate they gave went higher, but they did not. I also asked about replacing the seat for my bike and they said that they would charge me 10.00 to put on a 40.00 bike seat I would purchase at their store after I shelled out a lot of money to fix my bike. Traverse city bike shops have not charged me in the past. I also thought they would be a bit easier on locals since we are not tourists coming here with loads of cash to spend but they seem to have little commitment to locals and our constrained budgets. My bike seat seems higher than it was so I will have to fix that but it appears to run well. So that part is good.

We did the wine bike tour while on our honey moon. All around a great experience. Suttons Bay Bikes does a great job organizing this and makes it super easy. James did a great job explaining how it works and was very helpful. The lunch provided was a huge sandwich with a bag of chips, an apple, a can of LaCroix and a piece of chocolate. Their wine pickup service worked fantastic. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience. I was searching for a certain bike and had called around to many shops. I am from Pennsylvania and decided to try suttons bay. I spoke to Andrew and Nick over the phone. They had the bike in stock and were very professional. I ordered the bike over the phone. They packed it up and shipped it right away. The bike arrived and was packaged extremely well. Thank you for the great experience.
