Reliable chain of all-you-can-eat sushi with a wide variety of sushi, sashimi, and hibachi items. I try to visit one at least once a business trip to the area and will do so again. I recommend them, especially if you're hungry!
I really love coming here for all you can eat sushi. The ordering system is very easy - just write down the number you wish to order next to the items that you want! There are a ton of food options besides sushi. You can order multiple rounds as long as you finish everything. I always bring my appetite and the food is made to order. I love coming here with my husband or a group, we always eat our fill.
Love this place! It is our favorite everyday sushi place. All you can eat for a reasonable price. They have tempura and a collection other options on the menu so parties with a range of food preferences have options. Great service, always a smile to welcome you. It is BYOB, so bring what you like. They do have wine glasses and ice buckets if needed. It gets really busy Friday and Saturday, so expect a wait during their busiest times. Reservations for large parties are definitely needed during peek dinner times.
Overall, great sushi in a really cute walking part of Somerville!
For an all-you-can-eat sushi place, it deserves 4 stars However, it can't keep a stable order service(ex. I ordered 5 pieces of tuna sashimi and it came back with less than 5. Sometimes, it returned none) Maybe it's their order dispatching strategy. I am a customer and I just care about what I have ordered. This minus one star from me. If this issue won't bother you, this is a OK place for your dinner.
Good for some people. If you want to eat a lot of decent sushi and feel that you can get $30+ dollars worth, go here. The service is quick, friendly and gets 95% of your order correct. Some pieces never show up but it's all you can eat so no worries. The atmosphere is a cramped and loud.
The last tome I went there, I ordered all plant based options so vegans can also enjoyhowever, I did not feel as though the food sat well with me. For me, it's definitely not worth it. For others, it definitely is.
25 dollar all you can eat sushi - how can you not live that? Sushi is always good and fresh, service is quick. Been here mang times before and will be again.
Love coming here for sushi. I am vegan so I only eat veggie sushi, the prices are great and I really like the place. I took a star off because every time I order and I always order veggie rolls, the always give me a look or sometimes even say "no fish, just veggie?" as if I'm supposed order something more expensive because the veggie rolls are cheap. I don't eat fish or any animal products so who give me the look or the comment?
It was horribly noisy, though was not fully packed. People were almost shouting to talk to each other on each table. I cannot believe how could people be so loud at dinner in a public place. Staff was seemed to be in hurry. It was the first occasion for me to go to a Sushi because they have good vegetarian options. Enjoyed the tasty dishes.
Great sushi, but there are a few pros and cons that must be considered! Let's start off with the good.
Pros:
Fresh sushi that is usually very good! All made to order, and you definitely get your money's worth.
The kitchen items are pretty good, standard fare but much better than you'd receive at a typical buffet restaurant.
Great price for what you are getting too, expect to pay as much for 2 rolls in a standard sushi restaurant as you are paying for your entire meal here.
The staff has an eagle-eye for filling drinks and clearing off plates, so you will be well taken care of.
Cons:
Small place, and it gets very busy especially on weekends. You're going to be sitting on top of your neighbors, and you may get bumped in to by the waitresses and passing customers, there's about a 1 foot wide path to pass through the chairs in a lot of places when the seats are full. You may also be waiting a long time to be seated if they are really busy, but outside of weekend dinner this does not usually happen.
This seems to be an issue at a lot of these AYCE Sushi places, this one being a worse offender, but your order will be wrong approximately 50% of the time. If this is not acceptable DO NOT COME HERE. This is something you have to just accept with the territory. If you didn't get what you ordered, just order it again. And again if necessary. If you get something you didn't order, give it a try, part of the fun of these places is trying lots of different things. If you don't like it, tell them you didn't order it and they shouldn't make you eat it.
I would definitely recommend giving this place a try, but be aware of the cons before you go so you're not frustrated/disappointed.
We go here for the all you can eat special. Solid sushi and great options on the all you can eat, including special rolls.
The all you can eat can't be beat here. The quality and flavors are absolutely fantastic. Only two issues here: you don't always get everything you order and the service is often not the best as it can take a while for someone to get your order.
This is our favorite place to go when we crave a lot of good quality sushi. It's delicious and plentiful and the staff is attentive and pleasant.
Awesome local spot. Suggest having the AYCE! Sushi is always fresh and will recommend to others. Only down fallast is that I feel rushed, especially during peak hours.
