  Susan Minder is not an attorney to retain. She is absolutely complacent in every aspect of her job except billing you. She will offer no strategy towards achieving your goal, she can barely verbalize anything to you because she has retained absolutely nothing about your case. She will wait and see what transpired in court. She has no desire to fight for you or your child because she gets paid regardless. She's not even hungry for a win like you would assume goes hand in hand with being an attorney. She inflated and lied about time she spent on my divorce case. My results were dismal. She blames the judge. It's not unethical to take someone's money and get them nothing. That's who Susan Mineer, attorney at law, is. Less than mediocre and not worth one cent!

  4 years ago, I searched for an attorney in Clermont County to help me with a messy divorce. Sure, divorces are common and can be handled pretty easily, but mine came with some extra issues. I read a few reviews and websites, but Susan seemed the most professional and experienced to me, so I set up a meeting.
  
  Right from the second I sat down in her office, she was engaged in my story. She was extremely attentive and took notes down after almost everything I said. Going into that meeting, I was very worried about my case and my kids, but when I left, I felt like everything was going to be ok.
  
  I was thrilled to know I had an attorney who didnt see me as a source of income, but as a father who just wanted the best chance possible of getting his kids in a system that doesnt always work out for males. She cared about the kids' lives and safety. She cared about their happiness and what was best for them. Thats what you want when you're investing in an attorney.
  
  Susan and her staff's work during my divorce was incredible. They were knowledgable, dilligent, and quick. Her paralegal Tiffany was also great at answering any questions I had when Susan was occupied with another client and quick to have all the necessary documents and information organized and ready. I'm sure I drove everyone nuts with all of my emails and phone calls, but if I did, nobody in that office ever showed it!
  
  With Susan's advice and guidance, I was able to obtain custody of my biological son and my step-daughter, who I've been "Daddy" to since she was still in the womb.
  
  Not only did she help me, but she is certainly responsible for saving my kids' lives and ensuring they will have a chance at growing up happy.

  my children call me crying about wanting to come home and you just delay it more, it will be my life's goal to make sure you never work with kids again, everybody wants a greed monger for an attorney but not at the expense of children. you should be ashamed of yourself
