I have nothing but amazing comments to say about Allen Law Firm! I honestly wouldn't know where I would be without their helpful staff! They helped me like i was a person, not just a client. Having a lawyer you can trust and count on is a great feeling! Thank you so much for everything!

Allen law firm has a great staff that quickly helped me with my legal needs. Mr. Allen took the time to explain things to me very thoroughly. I never felt like just another client, instead they treated me very friendly and were willing to work when most convenient for me. I highly recommend and will definitely return!

We are all aware of cynical and sometimes derisive attitudes many have of lawyers . I am quite happy to report having been very diligently and successfully represented by Allen Law, in a complicated case that they "went to the mat" for us, going way beyond what was minimally necessary to achieve justice even when additional service required did not generate additional fees for them. Allen Law provides excellent, diligent, effective, and above all highly ethical legal representation. We are very grateful to have been represented by them.

The Allen Law Firm helped me through something that can only be described as the most difficult time of my life. In an extremely difficult, lengthy and frustrating legal battle, They stood beside me and kept the faith even when I felt like losing hope. They always made sure my case was handled appropriately and strategically, and through their tireless efforts, they achieved the absolute best possible outcome with great consideration for me and my family. This is the second time I have used the Allen Law Firm, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. I owe a great debt of gratitude to Mr. and Mrs. Allen that words themselves cannot grasp, and would recommend them to anyone.

I recently retained this law firm to help with a custody issue. they ran my card charged me and said they would send a letter. almost 2 weeks later no letter had been sent according to the party that was to receive it. I called to inquire. I was told the lawyer was not in and that they would leave a message to call me back. more than 36 hours later still no response. I drive to the place since they didn't call me back. I get a copy of the letter they say they are not sure why it wasn't received it was dated for that day I've been informed that sometimes Microsoft Word will automatically update the date when you go to reprint something but this was not the case because in the response letter i received later it listed that same date. "Thank you for your letter dated May 7th, 2015" so I'm not sure when they were actually going to do anything for the money that i gave them until i started making noise about it i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and his wife seemed nice and so i gave them another chance. She told me that she would call this person on Monday to ensure that they had received the letter and ask them about the pending litigation. I called the following Wednesday to get an update and was told i would get a call back. I wait over a week with no call back on an update so I'm forced to drive there again as no one will communicate with me unless I show up. I get there and they bring out the response letter. The legal assistant brings it out and begins talking to me about it. the letter showed me in a bad light and it seemed as if to me that they had read it and were judging me. I could be wrong but that's the way it felt and considering none of them took the time to get to know me or could even communicate with me even the smallest details I guess I shouldn't expect any understanding or compassion for my situation from them. It was a terrible customer service experience. They don't have time for me and they probably don't have time for you. P.S. the contract they have you sign is totally in their favor (obviously) and it seems sketchy. had I read it I wouldn't have signed it but I'm young and inexperienced and was stressed and eager to get help. I will know for next time. Buyer Beware.
