Hard working attorney and staff. They did an excellent job, communicated every step of the way, explained things thoroughly, and treated me with respect. Very grateful for the work they did for me, highly recommended.

Better out there. Not very personable, doesn't remember convos well and wanted to charge me an additional $3k to handle the original matter I came for. Also made it seem like he didn't want to deal with it. Don't really see why the law library recommended him. I've since shopped elsewhere.

My family asked Mr Ball to represent my sons well being in a custody dispute He gave me the impression he took my sons well being personality and quickly became a mentor helping me with the emotional rollercoaster of a custody battle I'm forever in debt to Mr Ball I truly believe he saved my sons life helping me take him away from a dangerous home.

Hired Doug Ball to help my daughter with some legal issues. He totally failed us, Mr Ball left my daughter sitting in the court room before her case was even finished. My daughter has never been in trouble before and we had no idea what we were doing. Mr Ball assumed we should know how the legal system worked. If I knew I would not have needed to hire a attorney. He made matters worse and I hired a new attorney and the first day with the new attorney things are getting done. Mr Ball did not communicate crucial information to us. I gave one star because he did file paperwork I guess.. If you need a attorney look elsewhere.

My experience with Mr. Doug Ball has been very positive. Years ago I had retained him to assist me. He went the extra mile to ensure I received the best outcome. Unfortunately I needed to call on him the 2nd time. Once again, Doug gave me confidence that he was the right attorney I needed to work my case. He worked to ensure I secured driving privileges at the soonest date possible. With juggling activities for my 5 children and a professional job where I needed to drive every day, I was an emotional wreck; wondering how I was going to get through this. He would calm my nerves and make me feel like he was doing everything he could to help me. He went beyond my expectations in researching the current and pending cases to help support my position. In the end, he didn't even need to use this knowledge that he gained from all his research in supporting me in court. However, he was more than prepared to go to battle for me. I also recall that when I didn't understand something he would very patiently explain the alternatives to me several times. I felt like I could trust his judgment and had no doubts about what he was doing to help my case. I feel like I can never repay Doug Ball for all he did for me. I will always be grateful to him. He may look at it like "it's his professionhis job." However this experience affected my life deeply; and I believe without him on my side, I wouldn't be where I am today.
