I went to Surepoint Family Medicine for one of their CPR certification classes. Sasha, who taught the class, was incredibly friendly, energetic, and welcoming to those of us in the class. Her instructions were clear and any corrections made were kind and constructive. I would highly recommend learning CPR from Sasha at Surepoint.

I wish Surepoint would advertise their classes more since I only heard about from a friend, so more people can get this valuable (and free!) training.

If I could rate this place with no stars I would. I went here for a wellness check and the doctor was unable to perform one so he sent me else where. But he then charged my insurance 400 dollars for absolutely nothing.
So if you want to be overcharged and having to pay unneeded medical bills this place is perfect for you. I will never go here again. Good luck 👍

My husband went to the ER on September 15 with a heart attack, the doctors and nurse was a great help, but when it came time to transport him, I asked them to send him to Hendrick in Abilene, since we have family close. I presented them with my Air Evac card and they choose to go with Careflight instead, so now I am receiving a bill from Careflight,when I had Air Evac insurance. I have tried to call multiple times their billing department, I talked to a young lady named Sharon in California and then I called the Texas number. The lady in California was supposed to call me back that very same day in regards to the billing and never did and the one in Texas went to voicemail (left message last week) and HAVE NEVER RECIEVED A PHONE CALL BACK . I need to talk to someone about him also signing paperwork for the ambulance transport and the flight while under morphine.

Such a great facility the staff, doctors, and nurse practitioners are amazing!!! My whole family sees Brett Thedford and he is wonderful he makes us feel like he truly cares about our health and well-being. If you need to see a doctor that day they can most likely get you in that day. And they take most insurances and the staff there are very friendly. Check them out if you want a truly great doctor visit!!

This place is outstanding! Quality care, friendly, kind staff. I never had to wait in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes. Once back in the room I never waited more than 10 minutes to see the nurse practitioner, who was very kind, knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. They made a really horrible illness a lot more bearable.
