They stole my stuff. They took my German Militaria which was authentic and listed it as questionable thereby dramatically lowering the value of the merchandise. Where I come from that's called "BAIT AND SWITCH". If they were gong to list my real German Militaria as possibly fake they should have told me they were going to do this when they took my valuable things. BAD AUCTION HOUSE.

Recently bid on an auction firearm won my bid called following day paid for firearm. I requested shipping to my residence in CA I have a valid FFL3 and COE was told by employee (Neil) he would ship if a CFLC was provided. I explained C&R weapons are exempt and sent him the link to review. Next email was from Gigi owners daughter this woman was nothing more than rude she stated they will never send a handgun to a C&R in CA per store policy only to FFL1. So I responded with stating my local FFL1 would contact shortly and I requested a copy of the written policy as it was not declared on auction rules and polices also noting I did not purchase a handgun. Gigi responded use my countless emails as our policy and if you don't like it don't bid on our auction. and offered a refund so I took it called my local FFL and she agreed this woman is off and not in a good way. Will contact FTC with further grievance for willful fraud. Wasted 4 days trying to deal with these people don't waste your time or $

On Oct 15th I called and talked to Don about selling my guns. He said he would call me "right back" after talking to the owner. Oct 20th I called and Don never apologized for not calling me back. Just gave excuses about being busy. Said someone would call me. 45 minutes later Neil called me and offered 50% of the worth of the guns saying "we need to make a profit!"

Have been doing business with the Reata Pass Family for years now. Always standing behind their product and Auction descriptions. They have taken care of any issues that arose above and beyond what I expected. The employees are always willing to help and answer questions. I would recommend you spend your money at this auction house way before any of the big name ones. Those other places will not take care of you like Reata Pass will.

This is by far the best auction house I’ve ever dealt with. I phoned in and as promised they gave me a call a few lot numbers before it came up. My phone representative was extremely professional and bid with the same tenacity I would’ve if I had been there. I ended up getting an Astra 400 for an extremely good price. Very reasonable auction percentages and fees. I definitely plan on buying from them again.
