The staff at Sure Point Pantego was very helpful and professional. Dr. Chase was very knowledgeable and took extra time to make sure our needs were met. I will definitely return for our families future medical needs!

My little one spiked a fever of 104.3 yesterday. Took her to Surepoint and the staff took amazing care of her. By the end of the visit she was feeling well enough to eat so Mandi the nurse made her some Mac and Cheese, it made her day. Tonja, Christina, and Dr. Allison were all helpful and kind. Highly recommend, we will never go to a hospital based ER again.

Do not go there. Insurance SCAMMERS. Trash place too, they were very rude and the place was very disgusting. My mom ended up getting an infection from the work that they did. She had a toenail removed due to injury (it was hanging off so it needed to be removed) and they are trying to charge $19,000 DOLLARS! The typical cost of toenail removal is $200-$1,000. Disgusting.

Wonderful location!! My husband was seen quickly, and every nurse and doctor to come in contact with him/us was so kind, knowledgeable and gentle with their handling of news. My husbands very fearful of needles and they gave us all options and advised they could even get to the diagnosis without the blood work. They even did a follow up call a few days later to check in on him. Our provider was Dana Wingate and she was phenomenal. I would recommend this location to all my friends for emergency care.

Refused me medical attention because I didn't have insurance and was unable to pay instantly. I am in a lot of pain and they don't care! The lady was extremely rude and told me my health isn't important! Terrible experience I am extremely disturbed. Wouldnt go back if it was the last clinic on earth and don't recommend anybody go you will have better luck at the veterinarian! The receptionist was so very rude and her breath stank!
