  If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Every single member of this facility was attentive and kind and did everything they could in their power to help me. The doctor was knowledgeable and respectful and was able to diagnose my not-so-common issues and take the proper steps to get me on the road to recovery. Amazing staff, from the front desk to the nursing station to the doctor. Beautiful facility.

  Don’t recommend!
  I was denied a letter for my emotional support dog even though I have the certification for it and have history of needing this dog. I was told the Dr wouldn’t do it and I needed to do it through the emotional support registrar, with whom isn’t a Dr and doesn’t know my history.

  They continually bill my old insurance and will not refund me for overpayment. Angela the manager tells me she will call me back and still has not done so. Insurance has even called and tried to get a hold of her and she is conveniently never available. Terrible since the old doctor left!

  Warning!!!!
  There's NO Doctor at all!!
  Nurse practitioners ONLY!!!!
  My wife and I have been going here since Dr. Opella.....I only saw him once right after Covid began.
  Sam Hall was awesome, and he was a PA!
  We will never go back!!!

  Doctor Michael Hart is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Had my checkup today and was extremely impressed with Dr Hart. Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. I am very happy he is with Surepoint. Kudos to the entire staff!!! You all made me at ease because patients do report to the doctor concerned. Thank you Surepoint.
