  Absolutely love Surepoint! I took my daughter this morning and they diagnosed her with the flu. I was helped right away by all the sweet nurses & Dr. Kyle Demler. I was in and out of the place with no problem!!
  Thank you front office staff, amazing nurses & brilliant doctor who gave us 5 star treatment! Y'all provide great customer service and we will always recommend you!!

  I’ve been here several times since last year. Every time I’m here the staff and doctors are beyond exceptional with their bed side manner. They make you feel comfortable and actually are truly concerned about your health. I don’t have a primary care doctor and am in the process of finding one, but Surepoint is the place to go if you don’t.

  This is the second time I have been to Surepoint emergency center. The first time was a few years back. Both times however have been a wonderful experience. If you compare going to Surepoint with going to a regular hospital here are the differences.
  1) The total time I was there from start to finish was around three hours. This included having me hooked up to an IV and giving me a CAT scan. The entire time I was there they were on top of everything and attending to me. I was the only patient in there that I could see, both times. It’s like I had an entire hospital staff attending just me. Had I gone to a regular emergency room at a big hospital I would have been there 9 to 12 hours I’m sure.
  2) After I returned home I received a call from the doctor two days later to see how I was doing.
  3) After I was home a little over a week I received a card in the mail from all of the staff, including the doctor, who signed it thanking me for letting them care for me.
  4) Everyone there was very kind and helpful and personable.
  All in all I have made the decision to never go anywhere else for emergency care. That is the reason I went the second time, because I had such a good experience the first. I can’t say any negative things about going there. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs to go to an emergency room.

  Dr Burton is the kindest most caring Dr I have ever seen. He genuinely cared about my healthy he even called a day later to see how I was feeling and to check if I had made an appointment for a follow up with my Dr. The nurses were also so amazing. We have been several times an dneve have complaints.

  It was difficult for me to cope in a new city and completely alone. I have always lived with my family, and it was difficult to stay alone. This led to mental trauma, and I slipped into depression. My roommate noticed my mental absence and suggested me visit Surepoint Emergency Center Weatherford, where her sister works as a nurse. We scheduled an appointment, and they asked me several questions.
  
  They further explained the entire treatment and scheduled my further appointments.
  Honestly, I am glad I had a sane and caring roommate that helped me during this rough phase.
  
  Today, I am in better shape mentally and emotionally, and she has turned out to be my best friend in this city.
