Plumbing review. The serviceman (Richard C.) arrived on time. He was professional, communicative and kind. He went out of his way to fix my shower. I was charged a fair and reasonable price. No trying to sell me things I didn't want or need. Highly recommended.

major plumbing repairs, had to dig up and replace pipes under our basement, snake, scope, and clear pipes all throughout the basement and underground. they assessed and resolved the problem quickly, price was significantly less than quoted by another plumbing company. they were friendly, professional, hard working, and just all around life-savers. we couldn't ask for better service and expertise. and it was consistent with everyone we dealt with -- from the office to the plumbers to the supervisors. really impressive.

They came out and gave us a good estimate. Checked another provider for another estimate, and while the other was a bit cheaper JC Flood had a better service plan and we liked that they were more proactive in offering us options in the estimate. However, they missed a part of the install and I wonder if I hadn't noticed they would have caught it. They said they would call to schedule to finish the job, but after not hearing any thing after two days we called and threatened to stop the check to get them to come out. They were fine, but as most companies once they get your money they move on unless you are on top of them.

Used company to replace AC and furnace. Since replacement, have had technicians check both systems (a free service to ensure proper function after installation). Extremely professional and knowledgeable folks, unobtrusive in the home and transparent about pricing/maintenance availability dates. Very pleased with the work and will continue to use them for heating/plumbing needs. Also really appreciated their time/tips IDing some issues our old house might have in the future and what to keep an eye on. Thanks.

Huge thanks to Johnny and JP on their installation of our two new Navien tankless water heaters, sump pump and water filtration system. The process working with Johnny was efficient from initial quote to installation zero surprises. We received clear instructions on how to use the new system (which has minimal maintenance!) and we greatly appreciated the clean manner with which the team worked in our house including the tidy equipment installation. This is our first time using John C. Flood and we are incredibly please so far. I would highly recommend the team for HVAC, plumbing, tankless water and water filtration installation.
