Love the indoor playground for cold and rainy days. I am disappointed that they discontinued the free play on Wednesday and Friday mornings. I hope they will bring it back or at least offer discount admission on certain days. We'd be more likely go visit more often if they did. It's just gets too expensive when you have 3 kids to go regularly.

The product looked great in the showroom. But the good stuff stops there. The wood roof we paid for was not delivered. But the swing set looked alright, however after 6 weeks it was cracking badly down the middle, so bad I was scared to put my kids on it. Superior would not return calls about the warranty, when they did the local office blamed the corporate office and the corporate office blamed the warranty dept, who blamed the local office. It was a joke. No one was ever available (it was their day off, or they were at another location and could not be reached). Trust me shop around, we tore this thing down and bought a much better swing set we have had for about 8 months now and love. Their is other companies in the area, you just gotta google them.

Nice store. Had a friend tell me about the play time offered a few times a week. After taking the kids in I had my husband come in to look. We had been looking for a nice safe trampoline for the kids and after speaking with the sales person decided to make the purchase. The kids jump on the trampoline everyday and it is holding up very nice.

Great Quality Swings. The rest BEWARE of. Long wait for installation and you have to call them to follow up to get it installed. Then product not as ordered. Additionally UNAUTHORIZED charges added to credit card. And very slow to return calls once you have already purchased. Most of the time the person answering the phone can't help need to have someone else call you back and a week later no call. Customer Service and follow through worst I've seen in years. Will not call you back. Got their $8600.00 and can't return phone calls.
