It's nice enough. Clean and tidy. Thought there would be a better selection of men's business casual clothing. I didn't find what I was shopping for.

I'm not a fan of the layout of this store. They also don't seem to have as many options as some of the other stores in the area. The employees are pretty helpful and courteous, and the parking isn't bad. They are close to me so I'll continue to check them out but I prefer the store in Kannapolis.

Very conveniently located. Checkout was super fast and friendly. I especially like the fact that I was able to find my online coupon without getting attitude from the cashier, who actually helped me to find it. Amazing customer service.

I love how clean and new the place is. It's very organized, with the customer service area and online order pick up at the front of the store. The service is always great and on the not so crowded end of the Concord Mills strip.

I came for a specific item. Found them quickly upon entering the store. Came across a a couple items to add to my buggy then I was out of the store. I found the store to be clean and organized in this Thursday evening.

I was waiting for online order pick up for 20 minutes (i am the only one in line). At 3 different workers walk around, saw me but never asked!! Never come back again!!!

I have been to many Kohls stores across the US and this store is comparatively smaller with less choice than others. The store itself is clean and organized. I had no interactions with any staff thus no rating in terms of customer service. I assume there is a larger Kohls store in the greater Charlotte area if you are seeking more choices.

Wonderful food and wonderful service. We had a great time. My mother had the endless shrimp and really enjoyed the new Mediterranean style shrim.

I love Kohls but lately they have really been a disappointment. Their women's plus size section is smaller than the dressing room😒. I did find two really great tops for work. They were cute and fashionable. The buyer should consider adding more plus size options.

I totally missed the North Tryon locationit seems really far and more focus to Concord than Charlotte. Its a lot smaller than the North Tryon store but way nicer with the newer look. They have lots of merchandise all the departments are similar to the N. Tryon layout. They only have a one way enterance and 6 main checkouts (3 Customer service) in total of 9 registers. I feel that the store will get crowded during holidays since its way smaller than the N. Tryon store. The lease went up at N. Tryon. I will be shopping at Matthews Kohls for now because of the relocating.

The location is great. The store is nice and they have late hours. What I don't like is you can't use the $10 off of $10 on the majority of the things worth buying.

Its nice looking but much smaller than the place they closed in the university area. Less dressing rooms and the styles for young adults have few variations. Its still a nice store, but with less space some of the fashion options are no longer available that used to be at the store closed for this new building.
