  Their service tech Paul showed up when he said he would, was very professional and did an outstanding job. My garage door has never worked better or quieter in the 13 years I've owned my home and for about half of what I expected to pay. Definitely recommend and would hire again in the future.

  Had a garage door replaced with them about 3 years ago. Get an excellent job. Disagree with other review customer service is great. Had a little problem came and fixed it immediately the next day. After I called.

  The customer service was great! They called when they said the would, and were on time. (Actually early, but they called first to be sure that was ok). The two men who showed up wasted no time. They were professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job repairing the broken spring and installing a whole new garage door opener for me! I called my realtor to give my recommendation of them as well, in case any of her clients in the future need their services.

  Superior was recommended to me by another garage door company that was completely booked for a couple of days. My garage door had a broken spring and I needed to get it repaired ASAP. Called Superior, they were able to fit me in. Dave and his partner showed up on time and had the springs replaced, tracks lubed and door adjusted. Very fast service, works better now then it has for years, Very happy with the service.

  I actually work for Salem Garage Door, and this company is right on our wavelength. Melinda is just a sweetheart but also extremely knowledgeable and intelligent. I like their residential small community focus.
  
  They are a great company and oftentimes I end up sending a customer there if we can't see them quickly enough. You guys are awesome! Thank you for all your support!
