I went to get my car detailed I purchased the complete interior package. From the looks of it they did not vacuum or wash my seats. They also didn’t even attempt to get all the dirt off the hard surfaces such as the cup holders and side of doors . I could have did it myself. It seems as though they only polished the leather areas in the car. Poor detailing services. I will never go there again.

Brought our BRAND NEW never been in a car wash car there. First time EVER having the car washed and now have scratches in the hood where the brushes made too hard of contact. Inexcusable! DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT use this place! The worst!
At the request of the owner I took my car back there yesterday. Spoke to Greg the manager. Top notch guy. Right away he looked at the problem, got his best tech on it. He was able to work magic on the area in question and I am happy to say they made everything right again with the car. I have to say I was very impressed with the quality of the work he performed to make the car right. Will definitely take my other car there for a full detail, polish and wax service seeing how careful he was and the quality of the work. Thank you Greg for making things right!

They are the best price in town for a detail job. I checked other and i feel they are over priced. I have small children so they keep my car a mess. I do not mind going to SuperSuds a few times a year for a good cleaning.

I was surprised about the prices at this place with what you get! I paid 13 for an exterior wash and they took care of me. The guy at the end got a $5 tip bc he wiped down my rims very well. I’ll definitely go back and tip accordingly.

These guys are honest and they tell you what your vehicle needs without being pushy or overselling. GM Greg is a good guy that takes good care of you. They even gave me two car wash vouchers because I wasn't able to wash my truck that day.

They did a very good job in record time, missed 2 small spots left on the window by a bird but immediately cleaned it off when I pointed it out. I'll definitely go again.

Not happy for a $130.00 car wash door jam not done windows were all dirty, I washed them when I got home. Luggage rack had dirt not sure if it was do at all. Lots of spots on car also. Hub caps dirty.

Not a pleasant experience. After going to the gas station to fill my car up after my Super Suds visit I noticed some damage to my trim pieces. I called the manager - 1st the manager wouldn't take responsibility when I asked why a hand wax stripped and left circular marks on the chrome pieces especially around my gas tank door. I drove back so he could see it. Then he started trying to divert the responsibility to my "cheap after market parts". Saying they won't replace after market parts. I said I would take it to Parsons for an estimate and he reiterated the fact that he considered my aftermarket parts cheap. Well long story short - the manager was not responsible for anything at any time, including the fact that he had one of the little stick on air vents (they had taken off with the roto-tool during the "hand" wax in his hand. When I asked him about it - he lied to my face saying he was looking for a replacement when I called from the gas station after noticing the damage to my car. He did not even know who I was! I purchased this car in 2014 and have taken good care of it. As a matter of fact, the one air vent was off and I already had the new one in the garage to fix it already. Why they couldn't have been honest and told me from the start - I can only guess they were hoping I would not notice. I did get my money back, but he didn't offer, I had to demand it. Although he said he would have if I hadn't been so difficult and out of control. (I guess because at this point I was mad and said this bs! Needless to say - I won't be back!

If you are coming in for a car wash, detail, or oil change Super Suds does it all. I find it interesting reading some of the reviews of people that expect detail quality on a $10 - $20 car wash. There is a difference between the two services.

Most of the wash club members here go in to clean up the regular dirt and debris inside and outside their cars and Super Suds does a great job taking care of us! They combine quality and speed to get you in and out with a sparkling vehicle and if you keep it washed every now and then it stays that way.

If you haven't washed your car in a year and you expect one $10.00 wash to clean away all of the filth and garbage you have piled up inside of your car you should check your expectations and get a detail instead. With a detail they will clean the seats, crevasses, shampoo the carpets, and buff out old scratches to get your car looking like new. If you drive a luxury vehicle you should only do hand washes and details because they will better take care and service your investment.

I have used gas station car washes before and the cheap brushes that they use will leave lasting scratches on your vehicle. You get what you pay for there and the equivalent at SuperSuds is a $5.00 "No Touch," wash similar to a gas station but with better quality.
