When I first got transferred to Cartersville, I was like, where is Cartersville and why did I get transferred there, I didn’t call that store!! However, after calling a few times and being connected with Cartersville, I have really enjoyed placing my orders with them! It is always a pleasure speaking with the Cartersville staff. I enjoy placing orders with Michelle. She is always upbeat and full of personality at 730 in the morning or at closing time. If there is no sod available, she and the Cartersville staff makes it happen for me! When it comes to customer service, you get grade A service when you speak to Michelle and the staff in Cartersville!!

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I was going to another place near my house to buy sod then decided to drive across county to check out Super-Sod. I now wish that I had gone to Super-Sod in the first place. I do not remember the name of the first woman that I talked to but she was friendly and answered all of my dumb questions. I know Tamara from a few years ago and she helped me out tremendously when I came back to buy the sod. I will be going back when I need more.

I had a area hydro seeded 2 years ago and it was a huge let down. Please keep in mind it was seeded a total of three times ( I only paid for the first treatment) it just never took. Also keep in mind it was a Bermuda.

So after googling Sod company I came across Super sod in Cartersville and I am beyond happy with the service Michelle B gave me. She took the time to really help me I had no idea what I was looking for due to the amount of shade in the area but she recommended Bermuda tiff tough. It was perfect very little water needed once it takes and it's a wonderful green also a great price. Every other sod company tried to push me into different types of Zoysia but Michelle was the only one to really understand all the different factors in play. like I said shade, water etc so I chose Bermuda tiff tough and I'm so happy I did! The pallets came two days later.

The delivery was fast and easy the driver called me when he was 1 hour away. very kind and courteous and on time!!!!! Michelle B really took care of me and I'll be ordering again from her.she kept me as a customer and I have recommended her to friends and family.so see for yourself, outstanding sod at a great pricejust don't forget to ask for Michelle B when you orderyou won't regret it !!!!!

Wow! First Class customer service. I spoke with Jill at the Cartersville location. She was very product savvy and helped my wife and I make the perfect sod selection for our yard. We can't wait to get it installed.
