I love my Harleys but this is not the store to buy one from, although they had some good prices on last years models, they just don't seem to want to wait on customers, I walked around for almost an hour then finally had to beg someone to answer my questions

I've purchased from 3 different dealerships around the metro area and this was by far the best experience I've had. In all the other cases, the salesmen were great but the sales manager left me bitter for one reason or another, making it so that I would never buy at those places again. Here, Cesar was amazing and that made all the difference in my overall experience. I can't say enough about him. Salesman Eric was great and has followed up with me several times and Stephanie in finance made sure to get me the best deal. The only downside is this dealer is so far from my home that it isn't feasible for me to use the service department, but I would definitely recommend buying from there. Cesar should train other sales managers at all the dealers because he is a pro at customer service and making the customer feel special, which is seriously lacking at other dealers.
