We've been getting takeout for a while now, but recently have been dining in. Staff is very good (most recently waited on by Taylor) and attentive. Food is also amazing. Just tried the bbq chicken pizza: swore I would never ever have pizza in my life with chicken on it, but glad I did. Next time it will be the buffalo chicken pizza!

Great Experience, Bridget our waitress was friendly and answered all of our questions. Made us feel welcomed and comfortable. FOOD was delicious, NY Pizza, Lasangna. My New Pizza Spot and so many selections on Menu!

It's getting 1 star so I can rate it, but really does not deserve any stars. I love Alessios and come here all the time with family and friends, but this was a terrible experience. I ordered delivery online and waited almost 2 hours until calling and told the food was still there. While on the phone, I was told the delivery person was walking in and the food would be here shortly. I waited about 15 more minutes before going to Alessios myself. The food was still there and I asked for it to be remade as it was now old, because it had been sitting there for over an hour waiting for the delivery person. I was told no and it was on top of the oven so it was still warm. I explained it was not the temperature that concerned me, but it was old. I was still told no they would not remake it. I asked for a refund of the delivery fees and tip that I paid online and was also told no to that because it was a separate company that does the delivery and I could look up their number to contact them and ask for a refund. I was still asking about the food and was then ignored and the server went on to help the next person. Very poor service tonight and the food was hard and not fresh.

Pizza is great and is a good price. Everything else is much more expensive than it should be. For example, the Italian staple Chicken Parm is $13, but doesn't include a salad. You want one? Add another $4.50. Pretty much any other Italian restaurant has this meal with a salad for $15 or less. If you want pizza - go here. If you want an Italian meal, Ippolitos or Georgios are in the area - go there and save some money.

Great Italian food! My family loves the spaghetti with meatballs. The salads are great as well. The food is always fresh and well prepared. It's great quality for the price. Would highly recommend it!

We have eaten food, usually as takeout, from this location for years. Unfortunately, someone in the kitchen has developed an extraordinarily heavy hand with salt. We could not eat the food and our veal and chicken parmigiana went into the garbage. We are so disappointed.

We had to stop going here. The service is so slow, even when the place is almost empty. We went one night where the sever messed up four of the five dishes we ordered, and screwed up the bill, too! And it's always like this. We don't eat here anymore, unfortunately.

I love their food! But I can't give 5 stars because the wait times are terrible. They tell you it will be ready in 15-20 minutes but you wait 45 to an hour every single time.
