The crew at Super 8 is great. They're always going out of their way to make sure that the guests are completely satisfied! Also EXTREMELY CLEAN ROOMS, INSIDE AND OUT. BATHROOM WAS BEYOND CLEAN TOO!!

The staff treated us well during our evacuation from hurricane Irma. The rooms were clean and neat. We went out for breakfast after the first day because the waffle maker was declared "Out of Order" but ,altogether, it was a pretty good visit

Great place good value very clean!! Would recommend to anyone! Can't wait for the complementary breakfast in the morning. I came from florida to escape hurricane irma thank you! :)

I have stayed here numerous times and it has always been my best choice. The owners are very kind and they make sure it is always clean. The ladies that clean do a great job. I highly recommend if you are in this area this is the place to stay. Thanks to all at Super 8 in Rainsville, Alabama.

First room we got TV was not working so they moved us to another room. We woke up with bed bug bites and I'm allergic to their bits so I have three big painful bumps on my back that's now the color of blue and black. So as we are leaving I notice what looks to be dog hairs on the floor out in the hall ways. We get on the elevator and get to the first floor and the elevator doors open and we are greeted by a dog of the owner. Had I knew they had a dog just freely walking around I don't think we would have stayed there and not to mention no one was in sight that worked at the hotel and the dog followed my family out to our car and also licked my one year old and three year old in the mouth. I mean at least teach your pet not to jump on the customers.
One Other Thing! As I'm reading the comments of the other unpleased customers I see this owner have every excuse in the book he/she can come up with to try and make this piss of dump of a hotel look good and at the same time being slick rude because we are just being honest about this dump! So please save your lil SB excuses when you come for my post. With that being said maybe you should take the energy your putting into commenting on these post take that energy and put it into making your hotel better!! OWNER!!

Rooms are stuffy and smell, the floors are grimy, and there's visible mold growing in the AC unit. House keeping doesn't vacuum the floors, even after requesting that it be done. Very disappointed in my stay. I just felt disgusting staying here.
Update: I stayed under the last name Huser. 7/13 - 7/15. Room 112. It's clearly visible. You don't have to look hard. I also left a note in the room. Don't act like you guys didn't see it.response / report this review -

The staff is friendly the people behind the desk are awesome rooms are clean and beds are so comfortable breakfast is good we been here for three weeks now due to our house burnt they really have our help us alot

TRAVELERS BEWARE! Dirty accommodations, poor service. The room itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Dirt and gunk in the corners, stained carpets, dirty touch points, dust everywhere, and snot rockets on the shower curtain should be enough to give you an idea of what you are in for. When we came back for our 2nd evening, the room had not been cleaned. The convenience of being close is not worth the accommodations you will pay for.

Betty was absolutely amazing! Her level of hospitality was second to none! I sincerely appreciate that she assisted with directions to see Randy Owens fan appreciation day. The room was clean and the staff provided a welcoming experience.
