My hotel room was not very clean. The bathroom floor was dirty, the bathtub was gross, and their were stains on the bedspread. The room had an odor that smelled like dirty wet feet. The people above me were up all night making a lot of noise. There was no room to put up a crib for my son in my room even though we requested one, which was not given to us. He had to sleep in the bed and he fell out during the middle of the night.

The only reason that I did not give this one star is because the staff was super friendly and tried their best to be helpful and rectify our issues.

It's hard to get into and out of the driveway because it's a major road in Lancaster.
The building is old. It could use an update. More outlets for computers and cell phones.
The breakfast nook is extremely small. Not enough tables. Very crowded. The food is in both sides of the room but it's hard to get to.

Quality Inn in Lancaster was great!! The hotel was clean and the staff was great!! They really seem to care about their guest and are willing to help you with anything you may need. They have a great hot breakfast and the wifi worked good. I will definitely stay there again!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Roach motel! DIRTY! Gross! Oh my! It had the most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen. The water spout and fixtures in tub/shower were rotted (like acid disintegrated the pipe), moldy, black, and, well, unbelievably gross! There were USED wash rags hanging on the shower curtain/rod. The floors were never swept. The window was cracked open without knowing until checking out and photographing the place so as to document for a formal complaint. It was disgusting! The worse I've ever experienced and the rating said four star. A one star place would have been better. The hallway was dirty. The air conditioners weren't working on our end but one on other end running but the window opened. Ice machine had no ice. Parking lot covered in cigarette butts. And the trash can full. The receptacle for cigarettes was full and gross. The breakfast was normal hotel food and fine but the seating was like sitting on children's furniture-VERY CHEAP furniture. BAD! Don't do it! I'm still shocked and sick about thinking what I may have gotten sleeping there. Yuck! So bad!!!

We stayed at the quality inn room 134 in Lancaster PA. We arrived on Friday June 30th after 9pm. We headed to our room and could immediate smell a foul order. We were told it was the cleaner they use. We went to sleep.

In the morning we notice the toilet seat was broken, shower head was rusted and full of lime, sink stopper had some growth on It and fridge door was dirty. They came and showed us room 110. We were getting ready to move when we were notified the room was not vacant. A facility worker came in fixed the toilet seat and replaced the shower head. We never heard from anyone again about moving or about cleaning the remaining items.

We had to go to the front desk and get towels and toilet paper since our room was not cleaned regularly. We also found grocery bags and water bottles behind the furniture that did not belong to us.

We inquired about leaving but since we had paid up front our money would not be returned.

On Saturday July 1st in the evening as I walked out I saw a drug deal going on in the hall outside room 137. Needless to say we spent very little time at the hotel the four days we were there due to being nervous about the other guest.

You should also look at your breakfast. The eggs had visible black chunks. All the The fruit was almost rotten. The sausage had no color. The waffle maker kept breaking.

This is our first time staying in a Choice hotel and sadly our last. We had a truly disappointing stay.

This has changed names from Super 8 to Quality in. In the process of remodeling. Some smell of paint and new carpet. The room I stayed in had new beds as well. Nice and friendly staff. Very accommodating for 7 construction workers on short notice. All kinds of food located nearby. From fast food to sit down dining. Convenience store across the street with auto diesel.

Just checked in reserved a king bed got a queen bed. not worth moving luggage hotel being remodeled decent bed, bath and tv they appear to be new mini fridge and sitting chair were new when Reagan was president just here one night I can make do dreading the breakfast bar tomorrow it's now a Quality Inn hopefully when the renovation is complete it will live up to the name Quality Inn right now let's call it ALMOST QUALITY INN

If I could give less than one star I would. The rooms were disgusting.. and loaded with 2 different bugs that came out during the day.. I left there within a half hour of being there. The whole building should be condemned!!!!
