  Not a good experience here. I was given an appointment and they weren't open that day due to a holiday. No call or anything to let us know. So the next day we call and are told to come on in.
  
  We wanted a tune up and oil change. Was told it would be $299 and car would be ready by noon. So noon come and goes. We call and are told they have not even started our car. So finally we are told car is ready. My wife goes to pick up car and is told the bill is now $360 instead of $299. Not happy at all.
  
  So a Couple of weeks go by and I find the invoice for their work. They did not perform a full tuneup. Just changed plugs, boots, and one coil. That's it. Didn't check any wiring or anything else out at all!! I could have done all 6 coils including plugs for under $250 myself!!
  
  And to top it off they did NOT change the oil!! We had ran this car across the state during this period!! I just pray the engine I not damaged as a result. So they charged more than their quote and didn't even perform the service that was agreed upon. I will never go back there unless I have no other choice.
