Really solid breakfast/lunch place. Corned beef hash made in house, mostly beef, big portion. Clean, friendly staff.

Loved this place! We ate breakfast here every morning of our trip. Loved the service and the food was amazing! The wait is totally worth it. The wait for us was 15-20 minutes to get a seat.

We usually eat here when we're coming through Dillon! We love their breakfast/brunch options. The portions are large, so there's always food to take home!

The Sunshine Cafe really does have a bright, cozy atmosphere! Their menu is extensive and they serve breakfast all day. The ladies who work in the front of the house are an excellent team, and they will get you seated as quick as possible!
There is usually a wait on the weekends, but with PLENTY of tables the wait moves quickly, and the hostesses give accurate estimates on wait time also.
I love that they have soymilk available, and there are SEVERAL vegan /vegetarian options on their menu! My Go-To is the vegetarian breakfast burrito, which if I remember correctly is also VEGAN!response / report this review -

Used to be my favorite place. Great service and food But prices have gotten so high not worth it any more . And they don't even offer locals discount! Last meal there for me. It's too bad, one of the owners is a Vikings fan!

Went in this morning with family for breakfast. Food was reasonably priced, came out very quickly, even though it was quite busy, and tasted great. The staff was more than friendly and understanding with our one year old who was not entirely happy to be there.

Really solid spot for diner style breakfast and lunch. Food and service are both good. My only problem with this place is how ridiculously crowded it is on weekend mornings. Sorry, but I refuse to wait an hour or more for a table, I'm hungry now. Any other time and the place is great!

The Hostess was not very organized and lost her place for the wait. Mora our waitress was excellent but busy. Stopped a man either the owner or manager to refill coffee, although he seemed to have all the time in the world. He didn't ask if we may need any thing else. My omelet was ok all the bacon was on one end and all the cheese was in the middle. Not worth 9.75.

We stayed up here in beautiful Summit County the first time and had so far only good experiences. The place is beautiful, the food is great, the server was very sweet to our kids. We did not like the attitude of the owner. We still don't know what her problem was. Kids are kids, and they were playing quietly in the corner on the floor, but she told us they have to be with us at the table. It is so difficult to keep 4 year old kids sit still at the table

Awesome place with great food! The servers are very nice and attentive. Very reasonably priced and generous portions. I have been in town for work for the last month and have eaten there several times. Never a bad experience, food always amazing!!!! Looking forward to my next visit.
