I shared a very serious incident on the Yp review of this location, I was expecting an extremely dirty place based on the reviews however driving in I was pleasantly surprised, the staff treated me well but I am up this time of morning because I witnessed the most disturbing incident of hate towards children I have ever seen anywhere in the world, she was a young mother of five who took her kids for a walk ,some air , they were well dressed playing hand ball and the owner and his staff who appear to be his family came at this mother and her kids so hurtfully, the kids were crying, they did nothing, the owner said the kids must be in there room only they cannot be outside, I hugged the eldest one, and the incident was so disturbing to me that I would let every family know do Not take your kids to this place ever, I lost respect instantly for these people, If these were my children I would sue, the legislators and the power that be needs to end the horrible way they treat kids here

The walk in showers are pretty legit. Did all the 1 star reviewers think that they were staying at the Ritz? I'd stay here again.

The older lady was always very nice and professional, until her son took over. He's always on a power trip. Very arrogant, nasty and unprofessional.
Not only once or twice but plenty of times he's called the room 13 mins before check out to get out the room immediately. iPhones have accurate time and Their clock is wrong. I told him and he didn't care.
They also have social services people living there and most the time I went family fights broke out in the parking lot. They stare at you from their windows as you arrive. Police are always there for domestic or drug related issues.
Bed sheets and towels seem clean but stained.
On the other hand top covers (comforters) always smell horrible, unwashed, and have multiple cigarette burns. Carpets are always moist and sticky, floors are filthy just check out the images below.
I've given this place many chances I was always respectful and generous cleaning up after myself.
But I'd rather take my business else where.

the rooms are big but very poorly kept the bathroom is ok the place has a very sleezy outlook THE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND I MEAN THAT AS FAR AS THE WORD RUDE MEANS especially THE OLD ONE THAT ALWAYS WEARS A SHADY ROBE.
