very poor service at front desk. I called a month later on July 13, 2017 at 1130 eastern standard time to ask for a copy of my invoice for my expenses that I never received and the lady that answered would not help and flushed my call. When I tried to call back she kept flushing the call and since I really needed my invoice and got tired of me calling, she picked up the phone and left it off the hook. Expedia should have this hotel in their list of hotels. If I could put less than a star, I would!!

Everything looks pretty well kept up, and the amenities are pretty basic, but the beds are as hard as rocks! I couldn't get any good sleep, and I woke up sore the next morning. It feels as though they forgot the beds and just put the box springs there instead.

For a non-smoking hotel, the room reeked of smoke. The stained carpeting, the broken curtain hooks, were indicitvie to the level of disregard of mainainence. The bathroom was a break from the disrepair of the bedroom,,, having been recently upgraded nicely. Our encounter with the one staff member was good. She helped us as best as she could with our needs.

i like this place it's cozy and the rooms are very spacious
the only negative is that they do not have any smoking rooms so you'll be outside a lot to smoke other than that very comfortable i would stay here again try not to be so friendly with the people that work there although they are helpful personality wise they are very attitudey not people i would be cool with just book your room and chill out also the TV's are mounted so there is no hooking it up to anything you bring
they don't have a refrigerator in the room and the ice machine is in the lobby
but overall pretty descent!!! i would book again as a get away for a moment place.

Called to make a reservation on Tues for a Fri-Sun stay.but they don't take reservations??? I was told to come in that day, or call an hour ahead. I guess it THAT kind of motel.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms with hot showers and Would rate more stars if the morning cleaners had some respect for the guests. They are clean, but not curteous. It appears that only the Spanish crew is where hospitality is needed over attitude.

This place is disgusting. My friends and I booked a room here last minute for a wedding and upon arrival the women started screaming at us that we couldn't stay there. Apparently we were too young and would cause problems (we are in our mid twenties.)Not only was the service horrendous, but it is also clearly a place not meant for the common folk. The vending machine has condoms in it, and you can rent the rooms by the hour. Don't stay here if you have even an ounce of self respect and dignity.
