Very comfortable establishment , nice atmosphere and very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff .

Good was unimpressive. Atmosphere is a typical bar. Bartender was very nice. Otherwise, the place itself is eh.

Service was incredibly slow. Place wasn't even that busy and it took over an hour to get our food AFTER ordering. Server was inattentive, gave me two extra drinks for no reason. Fries were undercooked and the chicken fingers looked like fish, battered rather than breaded. Definitely won't be back.

Dined in the restaurant. Service was incredibly slow despite plenty of staff being present. When we finally got our food after waiting for over an hour most of it was cold. My bun on my chicken sandwich was soggy. My sister and I both did not receive our chips that were supposed to come with our meals. Multiple parties that arrived after us were served before us. Another couple had the same issues. Very slow service and cold food. They walked out without paying. Will not be going back here.

Watched a waiter make chicken finger salad from the salad bar. Can they not use fresh lettuce from the kitchen, instead of salad that is on the salad bar. Then on his way back to kitchen adjusted salad with his fingers (no gloves). Of course he denied but I watched him do it. Spoke to manager, she was like talking to the wall. She offered a cold beer as a fix to the waiters mishandling of our salad. Props to the waitress that apologized for him, got more satisfaction with her then the manager. Won't be seeing me back anytime soon.. next time Rick stop a handle the problem instead of just asking for keys

Not a bad bar and restaurant good food good drinks. They have live bands which is nice but on a packed night the bar area doesn't have enough room.

My mom says they have the best burger she has ever had. Food is good but service can be HORRIBLE! They do not have any sense of urgency. If you only have an hour for lunch you will have to get your food to go.

Ordered chicken fingers. Came out completely greasy like they just left in oil. Wasn't crispy at all. Very tough couldn't even pull apart with fingers. Husband chicken sandwich was very dry and over cooked as well. Very long time to get food also. Would not recommend or ever go back. Need a new cook/staff. And wasn't the cleanest place either.
