What an amazing first experience at the dentist. My 15 month old felt right at home in the waiting room with all the activities they had to keep him busy. The smiling, happy faces from the front office to the hygentist to Dr. Day made this an incredible experience. Dr. Day was so incredibly kind and friendly. I would recommend this practice to all!

I can’t say enough about Dr Day and the Sunny Day staff. My son (like me) was a “dentist phon” but Dr Day and her team are so kind, professional and patient that he actually loves going to the dentist. He trusts them (as do I) and that’s a beautiful thing. He will be a patient as long as he’s able. Frankly, he loves them so much, he’ll likely go until he’s 85! LOL

Best practice in Kansas City- hands down.

I loved how Katrina explained everything to my daughter so she could included in the process. Because of that, my daughter and I had an excellent experience and will be returning for her 6 month checkup! Thanks Sunny Day Dentistry!

Dr. Day and her staff have been wonderful for our two girls. My youngest chipped her tooth and even though Dr. Day and her staff were on vacation, they still helped us and got us in right away when they were back in the office. We have moved out of state since then, but will miss Dr. Day and her team. The girls said, "We hope we can find a dentist as good as Dr. Day!" I love that it's a small office with more personalized care and hope to find a dentist as good as her in our new town.

Emily Day is an awesome pediatric dentist. She has a calming effect with the kids. My child has major anxiety, and is terrified of the dentist, but Emily managed to extract a tooth with little to no issues. We've never had a procedure done before that went as smoothly as this. I'd HIGHLY recommend Dr. Emily Day and her staff to care for, and take care of your child's dental needs. Oh, and bonus, there's a tree house in the waiting room, among other things.

My twin daughters were seen at Sunny Day Pediatric Dentistry this morning for the first time since we just moved here from Columbia. They were nervous about going but the activities in the waiting area quickly took their minds off of any concerns. The dental assistants and Dr. Day were very polite and geared their exams, cleaning, etc., to the age of the girls. The experience was excellent and when we left for camp they said this was "the best dentist in the world." Needless to say we would recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist that your child will enjoy going to!

Everyone is great, from the front office staff to everyone in the back. My kids actually LOVE to come to the dentist! Dr. Day does a really nice job in making the kids feel comfortable while at the dentist! Very pleased with all aspects of the office!

The entire staff was warm & welcoming. Our son was very happy to see they had overhead t.v.s to watch. I surprised how well he cooperated & enjoyed his first dentist appointment. He was even excited to try out his new toothbrush when we got home. Best dental experience ever!!!

Dr. Day is always so caring and gentle. She and her staff are very sensitive to my son's needs. I am a mother to a child with Autism and recommend her practice to parents of special needs children as well as A typical. Overall great experience!!

Dr. Day is always sensitive to my sons schedule and knows the importance of his routine. I've been so impressed with how she is able to fit us in at times before the office is even open to accommodate our needs. I can't imagine another office being so accommodating. It really warms my heart and I recommend her any chance I get. I couldn't say enough positive things about her and her staff.

We found Sunny Day Pediatric Dentistry after a bad experience at another local pediatric dentistry office and we couldn't be any more happier with our experiences we have had at Sunny Day. I recommend them to anyone I know looking for a "kiddo dentist". My daughter who is now 5 years old- loves going to the dentist and the knowledge they give her to keep her mouth clean and healthy is sticking with her- I don't even have to ask her anymore to brush or FLOSS! She just does it because "my dentist told me to mom". They are also wonderful with the toddlers- my son who is 2 just saw Dr. Day for the first time and he was not an easy patient- but they were so good with him and quick - I think he even had a shocked looked on his face like "what just happened". Definitely the best Pediatric Dentist in KC!
