While the repairs took longer then expected (hence the dropped star), the door and panel replacement was done very well, and the paint match is not noticable at all.

The staff was very nice. They made sure we got a good reliable vehicle that would last us a long time. The man who helped us was Chaz Broome he was very sweet and a good sales associate . He wasnt trying to have the sale focus on him trying to make a buck and he wasnt doing any lip stick on a pig sale. He was great and matched price for us and did a lot for us. I highly recommend this man if your looking for a new vehicle for you and your family.

On Thursday, 3/30/17, I went to Olathe Ford Collision Center about an hour before closing to get an estimate for minor damage to the front underside of my car. Mark Hardman, Body Shop Manager, pleasantly greeted me and quickly performed the estimate. He shared the results (less than $100.00) with me and showed me the damage in his shop. He then personally installed some screws and repaired the damage and did NOT charge me anything. He is a great guy and his shop has done excellent work for me on other cars. If you need an excellent body shop—go to Olathe Ford Collision Center

I should have gone to CarStar.
The work itself wasn't terrible, but I'm not sure if it's laziness, ineptitude or stupidity that makes the service at this place terrible. I'm inclined to think it's all three.
My estimator was a bumbling idiot.
The woman who answers the phone can never find your information when you call.
My car was supposed to be done on Tuesday, then it was Wednesday, and they finally got it done on Thursday.
Some guy named Mark is the greatest asset this business has. Ask for him if you absolutely have to get your car fixed here.
    Otherwise, go to CarStar. Seriously.

I have used this body shop many times. The staff is super friendly and very courteous. I have had bumper work and paint work done here and some interior trim pieces replaced. They have done an excellent job. Even after the fact when I needed a couple of minor things fixed, they did it promptly on the spot and without any complaining to me. I highly recommend this place, and if you have an issue, please contact Mark and he will take care of it for you.

DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They don't know what they are doing, or will make things up so they can create work and charge you more.

I took my truck in to get looked at because of a rattling noise. They said it was because of my clutch (Apx. $1000), and they also found that my air pump had a problem (around $2000), and some other things. The total was around $3,000.

I went somewhere else and the rattling was from my heat shield needing to be tied down and my clutch didn't have any problems. That costed me nothing to fix.

The air pump is what pisses me off. It turned out that it was a signal misfire from moisture that caused a "engine light" to be turned on. They reset it and there has been no issues with it for the last few months after. The amazing thing is that if I needed to get my airpump replaced it would have only $400 (compared to the $2000 estimated by toyota).

The total cost of my repair somewhere else around $100 (and that was mostly for an oil change.)

So by going somewhere else it saved me $2900 that it would have costed me to go here. If I could give a negative star for a rating I would, because the work that goes on here is either crooked or incompetent.
